We propose you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming studio of a surface of 19 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 19 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 320 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation on the garden level and accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:
- A 19 m² living room with TV, dining area and 1 double bed (140×190).
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine...
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful shared, unfenced garden of 320 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Cancale, which has been elected a remarkable site of taste and is renowned for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
