the 2nd loggia (closed terraces) small table with chairs and bench for breakfast, plancha, washing machine + drying rack
in all the apartment with loggia (terrace closed) do 52 m2 the apartment is designed only for 4 people and no more !!!!
There are 2 fans + a clim mobile the windows windows are more than 6 m it opens in almost all
