With over 600 sq. feet of living space and another 600 sq. feet of pool and garden, it is the perfect space for both relaxing and entertaining.

Ideal for families or couples, the space features a gracious and inviting living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen for mixing cocktails, cooking (or simply opening delivery packs from one of several local restaurants), a beautiful pool and lounge deck (with an outdoor shower to wash off the sand from an afternoon at the beach), plush beds to relax in after a day in the sun, and spa-quality bathrooms and amenities to relax and refresh yourself.

Villa Tandon features modern construction built with care using some of Bali’s most precious materials like natural stone and teak wood; it has been decorated with attention to detail and comfort in mind.

The carefully thought-out tropical garden boasts multiple colored bougainvilleas and frangipani trees, palms, bananas, gardenia, herbs, and orchids (to name a few), and surrounds the natural stone turquoise pool with a bench to soak in and enjoy an afternoon mocktail or cocktail.

Whether soaking in the sun by the pool, lounging in the living room on the über-comfortable sofa and chair, or switching on the A/C and settling in for the night as you sink into luxurious KingKoil beds, our goal is that you feel relaxed and at home.

We chose this location as it is an easy walk to EVERYTHING. Minutes to the beach as well as local shops, restaurants, services, and amenities.

When we are in a hurry or want to go a little further, we use Grab. Services Grab and Gojek are perfect for hop on/hop off rides via bike or car and allow easy booking and employ locals that know the area and the many shortcuts and can SAFELY get you from point A to point B in no time!

An added benefit to using Grab is that it easily accepts nearly all foreign credit cards for payment, freeing up your cash and saving you a trip to the ATM!

* As we respect our environment and Bali's fresh water supply is decreasing, linens and towels will be changed every 3 days, unless asked otherwise - charges apply. Thanks for your cooperation.
* No smoking at all in the villa.
* No party/loud noise or music all day/night.

* Break it/Pay it policy
* Please keep our villa clean and safe. Don't leave unused food in the open air and don't let food/beverages spilled/drying up on tables/kitchen counter as it attracts ants and might stain the furnitures. Keep the garbage bin area located in the kitchen clean. We provide our guests with a clean environment and we expect our guests to leave our place clean too. Our staff will do the chores daily, but while our staff is not on site, treat our villa like if it was yours.
* Do not climb the entrance door. If you forget your keys, please use the backup key in the black code box next to the entrance door.
* For your security, a security camera records what happens on the street. However, there is no camera inside the property.
