Entering the condo you will be immediately met with sunny, open concept living. The eat-in kitchen provides ample space to cook up a feast, with 3 seats at the peninsula so that meal prep can be a social affair. Dining seating for 4 more people is close by. The bright, open floor plan will draw you naturally towards the living area (with fireplace and large flat screen TV) and expansive balcony. Sliding door access to the balcony in 2 of the bedrooms allows perfectly for indoor/outdoor living, or even just to let an evening breeze flow through.

The first bedroom you'll encounter off of the living area features a queen bed and its own TV, as well as views of the south side of the valley and the mountain ranges that Canmore is known for. On the other side of the living area is a den with a bunk bed (twin over double beds), TV, and sliding door access to the balcony. The 3rd and final bedroom is the Master, tucked a little bit away from the living area. This spacious master suite features a king bed, TV, sliding door access to the balcony, and a private en suite with soaker tub.

This condo has room enough for everyone to spread out, but has been designed with spaces that bring everyone together. It perfectly suits a family, or friends travelling together.

Beau condo!

TrĂšs beau condo spacieux et propre. Il Ă©tait IdĂ©al pour notre famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants. TrĂšs grande chambre principale avec une des 2 salles de bain attenante. 2 autres chambres de bonnes dimensions. La cuisine est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et complĂšte. Serviettes de plage fournis. La piscine commune et le spa Ă©tait trĂšs apprĂ©ciĂ©. Stationnement intĂ©rieur. Belle grande terrasse avec vue sur les Rocheuses. Seul bĂ©mol est la proximitĂ© de la route et une gĂ©nĂ©ratrice un peu bruyante Ă  l’extĂ©rieur. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner et visiter la rĂ©gion. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sejour! Nous recommandons

A spacious, calm space for us to unwind in the evenings after adventuring all day in the Rockies! Fabulous views from the windows and on the balcony. We had an issue with the BBQ grill but Charla sent someone over the very day I mentioned the issue & we were able to use the grill that evening! A wonderful stay.

Overall a nice stay. The condo was not especially clean. The grill did not work. Appliances were older and the stove was not great. There was construction close to the condo with noise that was present throughout the stay. I think this is something that potential guests should know prior to booking.

Amazing

If I could give this property a 20 out of 10, I would. The place was stunning. It was the best rental that I have rented in the past five years in Canmore. My grandsons loved the heated pool and the spa and they slept like angels in this place. My daughter and her husband enjoyed the condo immensely because it was safe and felt wonderful for our young family members. It was also a magical vacation because my lovely husband to be proposed to me here. There were no issues with the stay, it was exactly as advertised. It was true to what was online and I highly, highly recommend this rental to anyone who would love to enjoy the Canmore area, stunning views, and easy access to everything Canmore has to offer. For those of you looking for a review, that is more factual than feeling here you goThe place has three bedrooms. The two main bedrooms are separated by a bunkbed, which is nice. They’re far apart. The gas grill worked fantastically, and the deck was a beautiful addition to the living space. The place is outfitted nicely could use a few more lids that fit the cooking pans but outside of that there is absolutely nothing to improve upon, plan your stay here you won’t regret it.

Perfect Stay

Location, place, and all the essentials! Definitely the right place to stay if you plan on visiting the Banff area! The place was clean and very well kept. Plenty of room to wind down and relax in the unit and by the pool! Great balcony and room views of the Three Sister Mountains. Had only one issue with the grill gas line. They came and fixed the issue promptly. Rockies Rentals were very attentive to make sure the stay was like home, and it was better!

Amazing!

Our family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) loved this rental. It’s very clean, spacious enough, comfortable beds, everything you need on-site. The pool and hot tub are great. The parking is great. Nice coffee shop onsite. Easy walk to a few restaurants- very quick drive to downtown Canmore and Safeway for groceries. We have no complaints- there are mountains everywhere you turn! It’s beautiful!!

Stay at 303 Stoneridge in Canmore

The views of the mountains were great. Happy it had air conditioning as it was 31 degrees in September. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and everything looked like the photos did online. Cupboards were stocked with all the supplies and things like oil, spices and coffee supplies were available also. Email instructions were easy to follow to enter the building and condo.

Family vacation

This property was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and vacation. We liked having the toiletries stocked, the kitchen pantry stocked and plenty of towels and linens. Being able to borrow a park pass and bear spray was a nice added bonus and saved us additional money. Canmore is great location. It is a little less crowded and hectic compared to Banff yet still convenient for all our excursions. The only downside was the traffic and train noise heard in the guest bedroom. My son and daughter in law had ear plugs and needed them at night since they wanted their window open. This was a minor concern.

Excellent stay!

This property was excellent. We loved the view, the size, the amenities and the location. Everything was as advertised. The rental company was very accommodating, they loaned us a park pass and bear spray. They also came immediately to fix a window latch! I would recommend Canmore. It was an easy ride into Banff and there were less people everywhere!

Comfortable stay with everything you need

The layout worked perfectly for our family of two teens that need separate rooms. It was great the renter provided park passes and bear spray so we didn't have that extra expense. I wish we took advantage of the grocery shopping service but it wasn't an issue to find the store and buy for ourselves. The place had everything we needed in logical locations. Cannore was a great option with lots of restaurant options. In the summermonths we could have walked into town. The pool was heated but the hot tubs was always packed with people.
