Our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has a light and spacious Living / Dining Room with high ceilings, a large Kitchen and, unusual for the centre of Cannes, we have a large 65sqm) private furnished garden Terrace. The atmosphere is very calm and when you are relaxing on our terrace it makes you feel as though you are away from the noise of the busy streets of Cannes - yet the apartment is only steps away from restaurants, coffee shops etc. It is idyllic being located on a small pretty, quiet, pedestrian street in the Centre of Cannes.

Furnished to a high standard, our apartment has high-speed wifi, Sky/ Smart TV / air conditioning and heating (Living areas and bedrooms).

The Kitchen is fully-equipped for all your needs with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.

Both Bedrooms have double glazed windows and blackout blinds to give you the best nights' sleep in our good quality comfortable beds.

Our apartment has large French doors, leading out onto our beautiful large private terrace (65sqm), which can seat up to 6 people at our beautiful stone dining table under the pergola. Relax on our sun loungers, dine under the pergola or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere on the outdoor sofas surrounded by Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants.

The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, our apartment is ideal for those visiting Cannes to attend conferences including Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, MIPIM, LIONS, MIPCOM, Tax Free, Mapic, MIDEM, Boat show, etc. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops (from supermarket to famous designers) close by, so there is no need to have a car while staying at our apartment as we are in the centre of the town. We are also less than 2 minutes' walk from the train station and bus station (including the coach to Nice Airport).

Location, location, location

Wonderful property. Clean, comfortable, and serene. The location of the property was amazing. It was right in the heart of Cannes and easy to walk to everything. It was also amazingly quiet. The beds were also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to others.

Simply wonderful

We enjoyed our stay in this marvelous apartment very much. The terasse is is a wonderful oasis in the quirrly Center of Cannes. Everything was very clean and well equipped. Whatever you could need during your stay was there. And Assya, the housekeeper, was very friendly and extremly helpful. Highly recommeded!

Wonderful Vacation in Cannes

The apartment is right in the middle of everything going on in Cannes. We were a couple staying for two weeks with another couple staying about a week. We felt like there was lots of room because of the outside deck/patio being so nice and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time talking about the days events and enjoying our meals out there. The kitchen was well equipped and I cooked most every night after buying food from the Marche Forville which is easily walked. The beach was a short distance as was almost everything to be seen and enjoyed in the city. The Monoprix is literally right around the corner as well as many good restaurants. There are stairs to climb to get to the apartment, but, there was never a time when we were not up to the task and one of our friends was 74 years of age. It was also very nice having a modern dishwasher and clothes washing machine at our disposal. I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone who wants to explore Cannes and the surrounding beautiful countryside.

Grosse Dachterasse ( im Januar und Februar leider ohne Sonne ) Tolle Betreuung und Hilfe durch die Raumpflegerin Assya! Wir verbrachten 7 Wochen im Januar und Februar bei aussergewöhnlich schönem Wetter in Cannes. Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Umbau der ob uns liegenden Wohnung mit entsprechendem LĂ€rm tagsĂŒber Vielen Dank Grisley und David

Best VRBO location I have ever stayed at!!

One word: Amazing! This was my first trip to Cannes for the Cannes Film Festival and this apartment helped to make it one of the most memorable experiences of my life! The apartment was beautiful, spacious and coffee on the patio in the morning was a wonderful start to fun filled days. All amenities were in great working order, the apartment felt like home, and the location cannot be beat! After booking the location, Shelley (owner) was extremely helpful. All of my questions were answered prior to my stay, and Shelley’s husband even sent over a restaurant and “things to do” list that was priceless. Shelley also introduced me to Patrick, who owns a restaurant below the apartment called L’epicurieux, and enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each day. Assya, the lovely lady that oversees the property was also extremely helpful during our stay. I will be traveling every year from now on to the festival and will be planning on staying at Shelley’s location which is an extremely short walk to the Palais!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!!

The location of the appartment is just perfect

The appartment if very well located, walking distance from the train station, the beaches, the shopping Street, the port....you can walk almost everywhere in Cannes from there. It is a little dark inside and there is no elevator and the two floors have long stairs. It is very clean and has spacious closets and amenities like a food shopping cart. From there you can go by train to all the small towns around the French Riviera, having the train station around the corner. It is just perfect for that kind of tourism. It has several cafes and nice restaurants very near. We really enjoyed our holidays there.

Perfection in one of the best locations in Cannes

We have stayed in many holidays rentals across Europe and the UK, but Shelley and David's apartment was by far the most well equipped, comfortable and luxurious. From the superb, spacious terrace to the crisp white bed linen and well appointed bathrooms - we wanted for nothing. Shelley was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and the apartment is a complete delight! A quiet, tranquil haven in the heart of bustling Cannes. We hope to return.
