Proximity to Beach, city centre and the famous Croisette strip!

Situated in a highly sought area called the Basse Californie. Minutes away from all the shops, beaches, casinos, nightclubs, but still located in a quiet peaceful area. The property consists of a very large garden, one of the largest in this stretch and it's completely private. None of the other residents have access! When at the pool, you will have complete privacy enclosed by the lush Mediterranean vegetation that surrounds it. The flat has been completely renovated in 2011 and just had a fresh makeup in February 2016. The mattresses the pillows have been chosen to ensure the utmost comfort, paired with high quality duvets and linens. There is air-conditioning in the 4 large bedrooms, granted the marble floors keep the entire place cool. Please note that the beds in the children's room are only for kids or teens. The swimming pool can be heated, even if in the summer it's usually at 29°C since the sun is on it almost the entire day. (Note, swimming pool season is from late May to end of September. Sometimes depending on the weather it can be stretched out to mid October.) There are 4 allocated parking places in the courtyard and could accommodate more if needed. There are no other privatized garden has large as this, located near the beaches.

TrĂšs bel appartement, trĂšs spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ© . Un petit bĂ©mol sur les menuiseries des fenĂȘtres (pas possible de les ouvrir dans une chambre) et sur l’isolation phonique.

Juste un bémol, le jardin manque de lumiÚre et donc pas possible de se baigner le soir quand il fait nuit. Sinon trÚs bien pour des collÚgues qui préfÚrent ce genre de logement à l' hÎtel. Communication avec l'hÎte trÚs fluide et trÚs sympathique.

Magnifique Jardin et Villa Ă  300 m de la croisette

TrĂšs grand et fonctionnel appartement au rez-de-chaussĂ©e d'une villa de maĂźtre. Immense jardin avec une partie piscine totalement protĂ©gĂ©e du voisinage. Le tout situĂ© Ă  300m du Martinez, exceptionnel, pas besoin de voiture pour aller en ville. Parfait pour une famille oĂč chacun trouve son espace indĂ©pendant. Nous y avons passĂ© des vacances trĂšs agrĂ©ables et recommandons cette villa.

Excellent Stay – Ideal Location for Work and Leisure

We have stayed at this property 3 times now for the Cannes Lions advertising festival. Monica was extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better base whilst staying in Cannes. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed – perfect for both short and extended stays.It’s in a great location, just a short walk (even though uphill!) from the town centre but the property was quiet and offered a peaceful space to unwind after a busy day.Highly recommended for anyone needing a practical, well-located stay with all the home comforts. The bonus being the pool!

CANNES VACATION

It was a converted villa into apartments. This was on GF with 5 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. Large living & dining room with large TV. Refurbished to high standard circa 15 years ago. Due to the property requiring maintenance , owners were letting let it at a substantially reduced price, which made it extremely attractive. Location is superb; walking distance into town yet neverthe less in a quiet residential area with ample parking. Being on ground floor it had sole rights to a beautiful garden and swimming pool completel with privacy. Spacious kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a seperate WC. All modern looking. Had an amazing time

beautiful property in a wonderful location

we came for 10 days a d had the most wonderful time. we had problems with the hot water in one half of the house but the owner always sent someone to fix it. it was slightly frustrating but minor compared to the fabulous property. we would definitely come and stay again

Lovely home, nice pool,

Really nice home with a gigantic yard and pool. Property management was responsive. The apartment is on the first floor of a 3 floor building. The yard and pool seem to be reserved just for our unit. Interiors are simple but nice. Only downside to the otherwise great stay was that the walls are very thin. You could hear children upstairs playing ball games very early in the morning. I would definitely stay here again

Beautiful apartment

The ground floor of a 19th century house, the apartment has large spacious rooms, bright and uncluttered. Comfy beds and sofas inside, and a lovely large garden outside , with a luxurious heated pool secluded from any outside views. A glimpse of the Amex with your breakfast coffee then a wick walk to the Croisette for the beach or the Rue d’Antibes for all the shopping you could want or need. Monica is an attentive host, and issues, if any, are dealt with quickly and clearly. A great vacation home, easy access to the town or the motorway, a supermarket 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive, loads of space inside and out, all you could really want from a holiday in the Cote D’Azur!

The most spectacular garden in Cannes

The flat is extremely spacious spot-on clean and comfortable. You will find everything you may need. Location is perfect - only 10-15min walk to Cannes Center. The garden with hidden swimming pool area is absolutely breath taking. Monica was an amazing host - incredibly helpful at every stage of our trip. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location!

We have recently returned from a great stay at Villa La Vigie. Delighted that the property and grounds look just like the pictures - beautiful interiors and gardens and very well appointed for our two week stay. We enjoyed lazy days poolside and BBQ-ing and loved that we were also so close to La Croisette and the old town of Cannes. Great for wandering out for a walk or lunch/dinner; and Cannes is obviously superbly located for trips elsewhere in Provence etc. as well. Being in a residential area worked really well - thanks to the owner we arrived with great tips (and a handy map) directing us to superb local amenities (butcher, baker, deli, pharmacy, ice cream shop!) all within a very short walk. This, together with the proximity to town, made for a perfect combination. We were also impressed with support 'on site'. Check-in/out was very straightforward and welcoming and to the extent we had any questions during our stay these were promptly answered. It was also nice to see the gardens/pool regularly maintained during our stay and we appreciated the offer to arrange mid-week cleaning/linen changes (etc) which worked very well. When we returned home our security deposit was promptly returned and communication with the owner throughout has been really helpful and friendly. All in all, a lovely holiday that worked very well for our family group (three generations). Thank you very much.

The garden, the rooms, the facility's, the pool infact everything screamed stunning! We Would stay here in a flash again. So very private but yet 25 mins walk to the centre of Cannes. 10 of us enjoyed the house and we felt we all had such space and it never felt crowded. The taxi did have a little bit of trouble finding it at first but then we discovered Uber and they were fab. The hill at the side of the house gave a slight shortcut to town but it's extremely step on way back up, but it kept us all fit! The tenants above were ever so quiet and very helpful. I would truly recommend this home. We fell in love with it .. you will too.

Beautiful villa in perfect location!

This villa was everything the pictures and description promised it would be. The stars of this rental are definitely outside - the view of the Mediterranean, the patio with an outdoor dining set and lounge chairs, the beautiful palm trees and flowering plants, and the private swimming pool with more lounge chairs and a covered seating area, of course!! This setting made for a perfect, relaxing vacation for our family of five. There were five spacious bedrooms with ample storage. (We didn't use the 5th bedroom with the bunk beds as our three children were all too big for those.) The kitchen has all appliances, cookware, utensils, etc. that you could want, and there was a fully-stocked supermarket about 10 minutes drive from the villa. The main room had plenty of comfortable seating, a fireplace, a large dining table for 8+, a large TV we used to watch a few Euro Cup matches, and gorgeous chandeliers. The entire villa had marble floors and an elegant white, black and gray motif throughout. There were other residents on the second and third floors of the building, but there were no problems with noise and we had the private use of the outdoor space. We had a rental car for sightseeing purposes. But, if you plan to stay in Cannes, you really can walk just about anywhere you might want to go - nearby glacerie (ice cream shop), Rue de Antibes (main shopping street), Croisette, beach, watersports, Festival Pavilion, and several restaurant and café options. Monica (the owner) and Katherine (the local contact) made sure we had everything we needed and were available to answer questions before and during our visit. I would recommend this fabulous villa to any family or group that wants to enjoy a relaxing holiday on the French Riviera!
