Beachfront studio for up to four guests, located on the 4th floor of a building with lift and a shared outdoor pool, only 240mt from the beach. The property features a spacious balcony from where you can spot the sea. It consists of an only open space with a kitchenette, a dining area, two double sofa beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. One covered parking space is included. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance
