The place was ideally situated near everything we could possibly need there were so many restaurants and little bars nearby that we had a great time. The apartment itself was just enough room for us. It had a nice little lanai that we could sit on out back that was just perfect. It was close to other little cities that we could drive to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Captiva Island to look at the beautiful houses decorated for Christmas. She had everything that we needed there enough towels, and so forth we’re buying toilet paper or paper towel so we just buy enough for our stay and then leave whatever’s left over for the next guests I find complaining about that ridiculous because we have to buy it for our house anyway in this case it was already there, but we bought it anyway and left what was left over. The beds were perfect. One was softer and one was harder so in this instance, my husband used the harder bed and I used the softer bed which sounds kind of silly, but it worked for us. The showers were amazing in the softer room I had the rain shower, which was great. I can’t say enough great things about this place. You would absolutely enjoy it.

Another excellent stay!

This marks my third stay with this host. This 2 bed/2 bath apartment is roomy and cozy at the same time! 2 parking spaces so if you want to bring another couple to stay, it’s not a problem. Quiet neighborhood and the WiFi is great. Tatiana scores again. 10/10 and would definitely stay again and recommend.

This was a safe and pleasant place to stay for a few days while we visited family. Convenient location to downtown Cape Coral. Roomy and had everything we needed. Good off street parking.

Great stay downtown

This is a great house. My daughter and I loved each of us having bathrooms IN our own bedrooms. Large kitchen is great for cooking. Host is very nice and accommodating. We had a lovely stay.

Great location

Wonderful restaurants and a grocery store in walking distance of this VRBO. Central area of Cape Coral restaurants. Easy access to major roads. Quiet street in older section of town. It felt very safe to walk the streets Inside was as described and pictured. The unit's kitchen was sparsely equipped when we arrived for our month-long stay, but Tatiana offered to get us anything we needed, and she did. She got us everything we asked for and was very responsive via email. The unit is a bit austere but is very clean.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

Unimpressed with this VRBO stay. The apartment felt drab even though it looks similar to the picture. The sliding doors were filthy and the lanai equally as dirty. I felt uneasy on it and chose not to sit. The washer and dryer were in a separate room off the lanai and even though I did not need it would have chosen not to use it. The TV never did work for us. The wifi was fast. There were not any paper products in the kitchen such as wax paper or saran wrap, there was only one washcloth in the extra bathroom to last for 3 days. The refrigerator did not have an ice cube tray so my husband ran to the Winn Dixie to get a bag of ice. The front of the refrigerator was all banged up and had many dents as though someone had dropped it. The master bathroom did have 3 washcloths in it. Overall a disappointing experience and I have stayed many times in VRBO homes.

Excellent Place and Great Price!

We are from the UK and were traveling around Florida. Weve been travelling for 3 weeks and this is the best place weve stayed. Close to amenities and very clean. Plenty of space and a little garden to enhoy the sunshine! Could not reccomend this highly enough. The response from the host was almost instant. Our plans changed and they were very responsive about us staying an extra night.

Ruim vakantie huis met overdekte kleine warande die net als sommige slaapkamer ramen voorzien is van horren. Alles werkt, is netjes geschilderd en voorzien van 2 moderne badkamers. Het ene bed is knetter hard en het andere zacht dus er valt wat te kiezen. De keuken is wat karig ingericht qua gereedschappen en de pannen zijn aan vervanging toe.
