Look forward to a relaxing vacation in a duplex with just 2 apartments and a large swimming pool (shared), which is available even in winter due to electric pool heating. A private, screened porch with a mosquito net is ideal for long evenings. Sun loungers and outdoor seatings offer ample opportunities for relaxation. The property is completely surrounded by a high fence, which offers complete privacy.

Each apartment has its own very private terrace and private sunbathing area, which already gives you the right beach feeling. The big lap pool is also ideal for sports activities.
