Our luxurious, newly constructed, and beautifully appointed home offers the perfect stay. The home is nestled in a quiet residential community while still close to Captiva and Sanibel Island, great buzzing restaurants, shopping, and many more amenities. The star of the show is the sprawling heated salt water pool. Our fenced-in backyard offers complete privacy where you can relax, enjoy beautiful sunrise, and cook a full meal in our full outdoor kitchen.

Cape Coral Spring Break

The house is immaculate. Perfectly cleaned and organized. Everything we needed was onsite including beach towels and floats for the pool. Communication for check in/out was super easy with no issues. It was very nice not having any "chores" before we left. In my experience with VRBO there are always a few tasks to complete at check out. My only issue was that there are a number of cameras on the property (inside and out) that don't convey "complete privacy" as noted in the description. This did not impact our stay in any way but would be good to know beforehand as a heads up. I know they probably aren't monitored 100% and there are issues in the area with rentals that are used for massive parties so it is understandable. We truly enjoyed our time at the house and will stay again if we are in the area. Thanks!

Review

We really appreciated getting an earlier check in since our flight was early on our arrival date. The home was very clean and very nice. The pool was heated but it would be nice to be able to turn the heat up, even if it was at an extra cost. Having beach towels available was very convinent. It was also wonderful to have pool rafts and an air pump to use as well. The listing stated that there was a hot tub, but there was not. I would also recommend to the host to leave a list of things they would like their renters to do or not do, like stripping beds, running the dishwasher, etc. before their departure. We left some beach chairs and a beach umbrella for future renters, so they don’t have to purchase those. Overall, this was a wonderful place and we would reccomend this property!
