Villa Endless Summer is situated in a nice and quiet neighborhood in desirable SW Cape Coral. It is conveniently located close to shopping and dining. Going south you will find a Publix, a Walgreens, numerous good restaurants, a gas station, fast food joints, banks, and a walk-in clinic. A little further down is our beautiful Cape Harbour with its great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, life music and more. 5 minutes to the north of the home you will find the Surfside Shops with multiple more restaurants, a Starbucks, a farmers’ market, an ice cream place, and much more.

Enjoy a few awesome vacation days in our family friendly Villa Endless Summer. Spend your days in and around the great heated pool. Read a book or just relax in our comfortable lounge chairs, while taking in our famous Florida rays. Relish you morning coffee pool side or just prepare the best BBQ dinners and come together for well-deserved meals and drinks at night.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to entertain and to cook your favorite meals.
The dining room table has room and chairs for 8 - so does the dining table on the patio.
The master suite is equipped with a king size bed, a dresser, a smart TV, and a good size walk-in closet. The attached full bathroom has a great walk-in shower, a his and her sink and a separate toilet.
To the left of the kitchen, you will find one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. Those rooms share another full bathroom with a shower/ tub combination, This bathroom also has a door to the lanai so it can be used as a pool bath.
To the right of the kitchen is another bedroom with a queen size bed and another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.
Next to the entrance area is a nice office with a desk and a sofa, so you can work remotely if needed.

Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age and must be present during time of reservation.
In winter, our pool heaters are set to 86 degrees but you can change the temperature to your liking when you are here.
