The Villa Sweet Water is a Gulf Access Waterfront Home. Featuring a private Swimming Pool, Boat Dock, and Tiki Hut. Here you will find a comfortable primary suite with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and soaking tub to lie back and relax a while. The split floor plan has two additional bedrooms on the opposite side of the home, a queen bed in one and the other with two single beds. A second bathroom is found between the guest bedrooms. Large dining indoor or outdoor for your family to gather and make new memories. Enjoy southern exposure off of the back of the home giving you many hours of fun in the sun enjoying the pool and dock area. Bicycles, kayaks, and removable child safety pool fence are available for your use.
