When everyone gathers inside, the open layout of this single-story home will be accessible for all and provide plenty of room to spread out between each charming communal area and bedroom. Homecooked meals are just waiting to be prepared in the full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, two coffee makers, a dishwasher, and wicker chairs at the breakfast bar. The rest of the gang can kick back and enjoy a movie on the TV or get a bit of remote work done while away using the free WiFi.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Pool heat is available (Oct 1-May 1) with a fee of $32+tax per day and requires a 72-hour notice. (It will take 72 hours to heat, temp is set to 87 degrees.)
Streaming is available with guests' own accounts.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
