Welcome to paradise! Spend your days relaxing on the beautiful lanai. It's the perfect area for you to watch the fish and rays play in the water, read a book or sip a beverage. Don't miss walking and biking through the beautiful neighborhood or walk down to your own private dock to fish or take your boat on an adventure to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or the Gulf of Mexico!

The perfect day doesn't end there—watch the colorful sky as the sun goes down while cooking a steak on the gas grill, followed by a peaceful moonlit evening swim.

Once inside the home, you'll find spacious rooms with great views of the water! You'll find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a big screen Tv and comfortable reclining sofas.

The master bedroom suite features a TV, king bed, soaking tub and shower in the spacious bathroom. On the other side of the home are 2 guest bedrooms, and another bathroom with tub and shower. For added convenience there is a 1/2 bath on the lanai.

This is truly a home, fully furnished with all the amenities you need for a easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, Laundry soap, a starter pack of toilet paper and paper towels, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, gas grill, etc., etc., this is a home away from home.

Great home! Great location! Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Beaches weren’t to far away, which was a good thing. Groceries were pretty much a hop, skip n jump away; as was the Farmers market on Saturday morning!Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!!

Property was exactly as listed. It was very clean and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood close to many stores. Perfect for our family; fishing, swimming and family time. We took daily trips to Fort Myers beach and travel was anywhere from 30mins to 1hr 15 mins depending on traffic. House had all the extras of swim toys and cooking utensils as well as recommendations list and local attractions.

Family trip

The house was just as pictures showed and description stated...clean, well maintained, well stocked, lots of room to spread out, a binder of info (places to eat, activities to do, house instructions), clearly marked light switches (no kidding...without labels on the switches, I would have been continually flipping every single one trying to figure out what they went to), 2 bikes, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, cooler, etc. The neighborhood was nice and folks were friendly...waved as we drove by and said "hi" as we strolled the streets. The house is far enough back to be away from traffic to enjoy peace and quiet but close enough to easily hit the stores, restaurants and roads to other towns. We really enjoyed having the pool which we spent each day either eating next to it, dipping our toes in it, or actually getting in to swim. Nothing to do with the house, but we were a little disappointed due to the weather. It was chilly the majority of the time. We came from 20 weather so an average of about 65 in Cape Coral wasn't bad, we had just hoped for warmer. We didn't get to swim as much as we wanted and never made it out to the canal in the kayaks. All the more reason to go back. We will just make sure to go when it maintains at least 72 or more!

A piece of heaven

From the moment we arrived, we already felt at home. My daughter could not get enough of the view of the bay from the backyard from sunrise to sunset. My husband's inner child came out as he enjoyed the privacy of having his pool every day. I enjoyed my mornings with a nice cup of coffee under the Lenais.

Everything was supplied at this home, we needed nothing. Great neighborhood, house was well appointed and beds super comfortable. The house is so nice that we spend 80% of our time in the pool and cooking meals on the grill. I would stay again and recommend. Great value for the money

House was great. Everything that is showed was true. Would definitely stay here again. Only negative is house needs a new coat of paint. Whoever did paint job did a terrible job. Runs everywhere and paint on floor.
