It was a great place to stay for a long family weekend .. 6 adults and 2 children. Lots of fun in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub!! Very nice place and Phil was quick to respond to messages. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and house was very clean. Our favorite place to hang out was at the dock, it was very relaxing. Perfect location. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Winter Getaway

Great time!

My kids and I went on vacation to cape coral and chose Phil's house for our stay. I will say from checking in to checking out everything went very smoothly. My kids LOVED the pool and hot tub!! And i enjoyed myself down at the dock trying to catch a fish or two! If you're looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is your house! I will definitely book again in the future!
