Welcome to Paradise - located in highly sought-after southwest Cape Coral! This beautiful home was recently built in 2015 and overlooks the water of a freshwater Cape Coral canal. With a southern-facing waterfall pool, you have all-day direct sun on the pool deck to soak up!

This home was custom built with all the bells and whistles. Walk in your double door entry to a spacious living room, kitchen and dining room combination. Enjoy a great den/office located off the living room for a private work space. This home has 90-degree slider doors that open up the home for the ultimate huge outdoor living space - (completely screen-enclosed). Beautiful rustic tile is diagonally laid throughout the living area and master bedroom. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All cabinets and drawers are soft close. Master Bedroom has slider glass doors with amazing view of the waterfront canal & pool. This home has all the best upgrades and will be the perfect destination for you next vacation get-away!

7 day minimum stay required. Pool can be heated for $75/week + tax.

Beautiful accommodations

Great space for our family to spend time together. The kitchen was stocked with supplies and plenty of extras around for use, pool toys, towels, etc. We had an issue with getting the grill to work and the property manager was very responsive in making sure we would be able to use it.

Schöne Villa in guter Lage, gute Ausstattung

Problemloser checkin und checkout. Komplett ausgestattete Villa. Kaffee u.a. in ausreichender Menge fĂŒr einen guten Start vom Vermieter gestellt. StrandstĂŒhle, Strandwagen, FahrrĂ€der, Liegen fĂŒr den Pool vorhanden. Pooltemperatur lag bei 30 Grad. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Danke Jeff ! See you.

Beautiful House!

My husband and I have rented a few properties through VRBO, this one is the nicest so far! It was clean and FULLY stocked. The property manager couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with and overall our stay was perfect! 100% recommend!

Quiet comfortable house with lovely pool

This was a great place for our vacation. We wanted to be somewhere where we could relax and enjoy the warmth and sunshine. Being right at or near the beach was not a priority for us, so this location worked well. The neighborhood was quiet and good for running and bike rides. The pool and lounge chairs were favorite spots. We appreciated the beach chairs, beach tools, and the collapsible beach cart, which made beach time doable when we did decide to go. The owner provides a notebook with good directions about the house/the area and the owner was very responsive when we had a question. We appreciated the smart tvs and being able to stream and/or watch cable. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and there was laundry detergent. I would recommend this property!

Awesome Home!

We had a wonderful trip... the house is perfect for what we wanted. Quiet area, but close proximity to anything you might want to experience during your stay. The owners had a helpful guide on the counter and were quick to respond to messages. The home was newer, well appointed, and the pool was great! Our family truly loved the stay and will definitely be back. If you are going to stay in the Ft. Meyers area, I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice home

My family visited for Spring Break. The home was very nice and fit the family well. We loved spending time in the pool and having access to chairs and other necessities for the beach and pool. We enjoyed our time and would recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Location close to stores and restaurants. Everything just as the description detailed! Property manager, Jeff, was responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Home was equipped with several “extras” for pool, beach and basic kitchen needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.. Thank you!
