Sunset Palms Dockside Retreat is the perfect place to relax in the warmth and serenity of Cape Coral! This gorgeous vacation home is located east off Del Prado Blvd in a great area of town with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and just a short ride by boat to the open water/river and all area beaches.

The property offers 3 bedrooms: king in master, queen in back guest room and 2 full size bunk beds in 3rd guest room, Bunk bedroom has overhead light in place of fan for added safety. Master bath features dual vanities and a roman shower. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and accesses the pool area. Fully stocked kitchen allows for homecooked meals with family and friends. This home also offers a comfortable living space and spacious family room complete with foosball table and Xbox 360 consol. The flat screen TVs in living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom are Wi-Fi ready for your streaming services and offer Flex TV. High speed internet is available throughout the home. Fantastic pool area with outdoor seating, pool toys/floats and TV, perfect for a relaxing vacation, electric heated pool and accessible boat dock with gulf access views. Pool heat can be controlled and adjusted by guest. Master bedroom does not have a closet for guest use.

Please note that garage is not available for guest use.

There is a small park with a boat launch a mile from the home for those wishing to bring their own boat. Quick access via Midpoint Bridge to Fort Myers Beach, approximately 25-30 minutes. 20-25 minutes by boat to Sanibel Island and close by islands for a relaxing stay on the water or at the area beaches, About 20 minutes by boat to Shell point and 30 minutes to the grass flats, which are both great fishing locations. 40 minutes by boat to St. James, Pine Island, and Matlacha for restaurants, such as Miceli's or a fishing excursion. 15 minutes by boat to Cape Harbor for food and drinks and 45 minutes to North Captiva, Captiva Beaches and Blind Pass.
Within minutes to the home is Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve, the second largest preserved green space in Cape Coral. Located just north of Veteran's Parkway, Four Mile Cove / “Eco Park” is a wetland area that features a walking trail, visitor center, Veterans Memorial Area, and seasonal kayak rentals.

*BBQ Grill: Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by property manager.

- We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap and garbage bags for the first 3 days of your stay.
