The highlight of the property is the spacious heated pool, which can be used year-round thanks to an electric pool heater—ideal for sunny days and warm evenings, even in winter. Your private, screened-in veranda invites you to unwind, while comfortable sun loungers and outdoor seating areas provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

The fully fenced property ensures a high level of privacy and security—ideal for families with children or dogs.

Planning a vacation with friends or another family? This is the perfect setup: everyone enjoys their own apartment while still spending quality time together under one roof.

The home is located in a quiet, well-maintained, and typically American neighborhood with a friendly atmosphere. Shopping options, supermarkets, restaurants, and many attractions are all within easy driving distance. A special highlight is the nearby “Sunnysplash” water park, offering fun for all ages.

The “Westside” apartment features a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. A dining table for up to 6 people and a cozy TV area provide plenty of space to relax.

Clean, Quiet, and Private

We had a pleasant stay at Westside. Loved the pool, the porch and the privacy of this duplex. It was clean and comfortable. We just could have used more lights for reading. Grocery shopping is just 5 minutes away!

Cape Coral stay

The only issue was there were very few amenities. A colander, a working can opener would have been nice. A few more pots. There are signs for no glass outside. But only 2 plastic cups. We ended up buying more and left them. It would’ve been nice if we knew the Roku didn’t work we could’ve brought an HDMI cable with us. The last week there we just bought one. Had great nieghbors. The pool was fantastic.

We really enjoyed the pool and screened-in patio. Very quiet neighborhood. Appreciated having a washer + dryer because we stayed for two weeks. We also found the beds to be hard but realize that is a personal preference. Property is close to shopping and restaurants.

Perfect little hideaway

My husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents. This house was just what we needed for our 4-night stay. Management was easy to communicate with and even managed to let us check in just a little bit early. The apartment was clean and spacious, and completely met our expectations. We wouldn’t think twice about staying here again!

Stay in comfort away from it all!

Loved our stay here! This place is right in a Cape Coral neighborhood with a private pool; felt like our home away from home. Has 2 BR, 1 bath, open floor plan for kitchen/dining/living area with a screened patio by the pool. Lots of restaurants in the area or you can cook in the fully-equipped kitchen, which we did every morning. Not too far from a number of beaches in the area. Very glad we chose to stay in House Sunny Splash!!!
