Sun-drenched 5-bed, 3-bath waterfront home on a wide, quiet canal in South Cape Coral - a 10-minute idle to the river and minutes to open Gulf waters. Heated salt-water pool, private dock with boat lift (up to 30 ft), 2 kayaks, putting green, gas grill, fast Wi-Fi and a fully equipped granite kitchen. Sleeps 10 comfortably, up to 12 on request. THE SPACE

Approximately 2,670 sq ft of living space on a wide canal in the heart of South Cape Coral, just minutes to open Gulf waters.

Step into your own backyard oasis: a heated salt-water pool, kept at a comfortable 83F, overlooks the canal, where manatees and dolphins are occasional visitors. Challenge friends and family on the custom putting green and perfect your short game without leaving the house.

Two complimentary kayaks invite relaxed exploration of the waterway right from your dock. Two bikes, one of which is a trike, are waiting in the garage so you can explore the area without a car.

Every room has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, with the router in the living room. The living area flows seamlessly to the sunny pool deck, with a view of the tropical palms and the canal.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, a coffee station with a classic drip coffee maker and a Keurig pod machine, and stainless-steel appliances. After a day on the water, fire up the gas grill for dinner under the stars of tropical South Florida.

Bedroom 1: 1 king bed. Bedroom 2: 1 king bed. Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds. Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed. Bedroom 5: 1 bunk bed, where the top bunk sleeps one and the lower bunk sleeps two. Three full bathrooms.

GUEST ACCESS

You have the entire home to yourselves, every room and all of the waterfront extras.

- Heated salt-water pool and canal-view backyard: swim, lounge on floats or chairs with towels provided, fish from the dock, spot manatees and dolphins, or putt on the custom putting green.
- Open-concept living and dining areas with canal and palm views, a spacious living room with a comfortable couch and TV, and a large dining area for the whole group.
- Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, stainless appliances, coffee station.
- Outdoor BBQ: gas grill and lanai dining area.
- Private dock and water toys: two complimentary kayaks; boat dock with power and water hookup and a lift.
- Two adult bikes, one a trike, in the garage.
- Central air conditioning, in-home laundry with washer, dryer and detergent, and on-site parking for up to 3 cars.
- Self check-in with keypad entry. All door codes are in your check-in message and the welcome binder.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Up to 12 may be possible by prior arrangement and an extra-guest fee applies.
- Boat dock and lift: 70 USD per night, arranged in advance. Power and water hookup, fits vessels up to 30 ft.
- Early check-in and late check-out are often possible when there is no same-day turnover. A fee applies.
- Pool: heated salt-water pool kept around 83F. In the cooler months the heater runs on a daytime schedule, so let us know if you plan evening swims and we will adjust when possible. Small gnats around the pool are part of life in tropical Southwest Florida and a skimmer net is provided.
- Mid-stay cleaning and shuttle services are available on request for an additional fee.
- Guests with early arrivals or late departures may drop off luggage with host approval.
- At checkout, please remove the sheets from the beds and leave them on the bedroom floor along with used towels, not the bathroom floor.
- Service animals are always welcome. Pets are not allowed without prior written approval.
- Pool service: the pool is professionally cleaned every Thursday, normally between 8:00 and 11:00 in the morning. A technician may briefly enter the pool area during that window, so please keep the side gate accessible and clear any belongings from the pool deck that morning. The exact time can shift with the route and the weather.
