The house and property were immaculate, and an exceptional choice for our family, with a quiet neighborhood, beautiful pool, lanai and spa, outstanding communication with the owner and management team and overall - perfect!!!!!!!!! Excellent place!

This home was everything we hoped for and more for our group of 7. The house was very clean and the layout allowed for plenty of space and privacy while also providing ample space to gather with a group. We loved lounging in the backyard and saw dolphins in the canal on our first morning. The property manager and owner were quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful

This home is beautiful! Amazing pool area. The deep infinity pool and the hot tub were nicely heated. The house was clean and had everything we needed down to the towels, kitchen gadgets and pool toys. They even have all the chairs, toys, umbrellas and things you need to go to the beach out in the garage. The property is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommend this house and would stay there again.

Is there a word better than “Perfect”? This beautiful home has every amenity – quiet neighborhood, beautiful covered pool, relaxing spa, bedrooms spaced for privacy, extremely comfortable beds, exquisite furnishings, kid friendly pool and beach toys. Communication with the owners and the property management Evolve team was excellent and every question was answered in a timely manner and with great courtesy and insight. Our family of three adults and four children were delighted with this very special home and would come here every year if we could!!!!

Amazing time!

This house was perfect. I’m undergoing cancer treatment and we wanted a private pool so I could swim with my daughter. This was the perfect spot. The pool is amazing. The house has everything you need and more. The owners have really thought of everything to make guests comfortable. The beds are firm, pillows are great. I especially appreciated the child proof doors on the lanai and patio doors. If I had to suggest anything to the owners it would be to add some to the front door and back bathroom door. We had a wonderful time and it was so hard to leave. I’d love to return.

Absolutely perfect

This property is placed on a gorgeous, scenic part of the canal. The infinity pool overlooks the canal and is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The patio/screened area around the pool is ideal for groups up to maybe ten people. For our small family of four, it was more than enough. We found ourselves trying to find a new spot within the patio/by the dock to sit every day. The house is spacious and the kitchen has every conceivable utensil and appliance you could need. The garage has TONS of beach gear for your trips to the ocean. And the location is so convenient to Sanibel, Fort Myers and any of the beaches going North toward Sarasota. Can’t say enough how great this property is. 10/10.

Great beds and plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.

Overall we were happy with the home. Home has lots of decorations. The property manager Sigrid was absolutely fantastic, beds were the best we have ever had in a rental. The only complaint we had was lack of a place to put groceries. It did work out after we removed some things from the pantry. The closets were a little tight for our clothes and suite cases. There is large mirror in one closet and in the master quite a few storage tubs which belong to the owner. So we used the "den" space to store our suite cases and some other things. IT WORKED OUT and we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and Relaxing!

Our stay was exceptional at Rubicon Relaxification. We have been to Cape Coral many times and this was the best house by far. The house was spotless upon arriving. The beds are so comfortable. There were towels, extra pillows, extra blankets, games for the kids, pool toys and books. Each closet had its own luggage rack for our suitcases. The homeowners take extra care to make sure their guests our comfortable. Mike the homeowner is wonderful and answered all of our questions promptly making this a truly worry free vacation. We saw dolphins in the canal more than once and on one occasion they performed their own little show doing flips outside of the water for us!! Truly a sight to see. We were able to fish right off the dock and the view of the canal from the beautiful infinity pool was priceless. We will absolutely be coming back and wish we could have stayed another 10 days!

place is showing wear and tear

weather was perfect, the greeting was great by Sigrid, however, things are falling apart and need replacement in this beautiful home, stove blew up on us 2nd day there as burner would not shut off, there was a dangerous short that blew a 220 arc flash ,it shorted out on us last year and wasn't fixed accordingly(right way) luckily nobody got fried especially me pulling the stove out, stove got replaced expeditiously same day, thanks Sigrid,dishwasher inside needs repair, hard to align dishes, grout in the tile floors are cracked in the main foyer collecting dirt, BBQ top was not up to snuff, was really dirty and corroded, many burned out lights in the home,can't utilize the boat lift, no bikes, had to trim trees ourselves after asking for a pair of trimmers after getting a thorn in my thumb trying to tear the limb off going outside the pool area,weeds growing in the tile pool area,not knit picking but things should be up to snuff for such a nice home.Our second year there, this stay you noticed things.

My husband, 2 kids and I had a wonderful, relaxing time. The entire property is beautiful! The house was stocked with everything you could need. We had a couple of hiccups (no fault to the owner) that were addressed and taken care of immediately. The owner was extremely helpful. Quiet neighborhood. We were so sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip!(55 to 66)

We had a wonderful time all 3 of us Ladies.We have a lot of memories from this trip and a lot of Laughs.Our Property Manger was awesome, and don't have one complaint. Our family of 4 stayed at this property in June for a week. We had a great time. I work a lot, even on vacation, and this was the first time I was able to even partially relax on vacation. The amenities and property are very relaxing and provide a comfortable environment. The location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and excursions are all within a reasonable distance, but property is quiet. The property owners and managers are great. Responsive and helpful. We are already looking to go back. Highly recommend.

Beautiful oasis

This property was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing! The Lanai and pool are amazing, It was an excellent place to just relax! We would definitely stay here again!
