Our exclusive villa with pool is located in the South of Cape Coral Parkway, directly onto a salt water canal, in the so-called Yacht-Club-Area, one of the best residential areas and most demanded districts in the city of Cape Coral. It only takes ca. 1 minute to reach the Gulf of Mexico with the sport boat.

The living area offers a fine Italian leather set with chaise longue and single armchair, as well as a 56 inch flat TV and a BOSE sound system with iPod connection for your entertainment. The large sliding glass doors can be completely opened, connecting the living room and the open kitchen with the beautiful terrace.

Of course, the entire house is fully air-conditioned and our guests have free high-speed WiFi so that you can use the internet with your personal devices at any time during your stay.

Additional information for boaters ... People who are interested in motorboat and all arts of water sports come year after year to us. Mainly, because Cape Coral has this incredible top location for them. From our own wharf you can reach in ca. 1 min Caloosahatchee River. No flood-gates or bridges hinder you to get to the Gulf from Mexico.

The wonderful islands of Sanibel and Captiva, also the beaches of Fort Myers are a short distance from our villa. The quiet sandy beaches full of shells and the fantastic water conditions are a marvellous place especially for children to play and swim.

Even, if you have no experience in going a motorboat, so its no problem. In the US you don’t need a license. Our house management will be pleased to give you an introduction, so you become familiar with the boat and the water areas.
