Enjoy the entire first floor of this beautiful new home, built in Cape May s famous Victorian style. Your family will love the tranquility of the wrap around porch and the convenience of the short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants.This truly spacious 3 bedroom rental offers amenities galore including a master bedroom with private bath, a shared outdoor shower, laundry room, dining area, living room with sofa bed, TV/VCR/HBO. Internet available. The chef in the family will have a choice of cooking in the huge open kitchen or out back on the shared grill. Once here you don t have to think about the Parking meter... Plenty of free parking available on the street on both Madison Ave and Swan Ave!This property supplies pillows and blankets for guests. Guests will need to bring with them sheets/linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Check-in is 3:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am. All bookings and lease payments are handled by Coastline Realty LLC for 10 Swan Avenue, Unit A. Please note that the refundable security deposit cannot be paid by credit card, and a tenant cancellation policy applies to every lease. After placing a reservation you will be contacted with the lease and booking information within 24 hours by Coastline Realty to review and confirm your booking.

Great House & Location

House was as described and well deserving of all the 5 star reviews. My family has been vacationing in Cape May for 30 years and this was one of our favorites houses. Well stocked, plenty of room and close walk to the beach and shopping. Check-In and Check-Out was easy.

Perfect for a girls weekend

This was the perfect spot for a girls weekend! Six of us stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. Spacious kitchen and living area to hang out and a lovely porch for time outdoors. It is a short walk to the beach and town. I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and conveniently located

Our group of 6 spent Christmas at 10 Swan Avenue. We found the property to be clean, well appointed and close to shopping and sight seeing. The layout allowed privacy when desired and gathering space for socializing and dining. Check in and out were super easy as the real estate office is right around the corner.

This Place was Beautiful! Just perfect, this home is amazing plenty of room. We had a wonderful time here, the porch is beautiful and we enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on the Rockers. Amazing family vacation in this home!

Such a beautiful and clean home for our family and friends this past weekend. The weather was unfortunately anything but beach friendly so we were very glad we had picked such a great place to stay. The home was even bigger than we expected, with plenty of space for our group. The location was perfect too - close to the beach and the restaurants! Definitely would love to stay there again in the future!

Convenient and short walk to town or beach

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful - less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and also less than a 10 minute walk to Washington Street Mall. The house was also very spacious and perfect for 2 families with small children. Would definitely return!

Great property

We really enjoyed our time here. Tons of space in the living room and kitchen made for a super comfortable area to gather when not heading to the beach or enjoying all Cape May has to offer. If you have light sleepers in your party, beware that noise from the upstairs unit is noticeable, particularly running/stomping from young kids who may be staying in that unit. The property manager is great and I’m sure they’d intervene if needed.

The property was awesome!! It reminded us of our family vacation house on Idaho Ave, quaint and functional. The children loved the amount of space in the unit and the front yard. We’ll be back.

Lovely home for a family weekend

Overall we loved the house, it was clean, fully stocked with all amenities and a very quiet neighborhood. Wish we could have enjoyed the front porch during our stay but just did not have enough time. Only 2 suggestions: first the listing could be updated to reflect the size of the beds. The other item was the twin beds, they really are not meant for adults to sleep on. They are very small and uncomfortable. Could use an upgrade to the mattresses.

Spacious for family gatherings

Everything you would expect from a well equipped VRBO. What stood out here was the size of the rooms. Lots of space inside and out for families to spread out and not trip over each other. We had a great weekend and we’re just five quiet blocks from the bustle of the beachfront.

Friends Reunion

The Swan House is located in residential area just 3 blocks from the beach. Large living room & kitchen area -- but the very best feature for 3 old friends was the wrap around porch where we enjoyed coffee at sunrise and wine at sunset. Agent & owner were easy to reach & quick to respond.
