This beautiful Victorian was gut renovated and updated again in the Spring of 2019 and the exterior painted in 2020. The inside feels like new construction while the outside stills reflects the old world charm of the late 1800's. This family friendly home is a short .8mi to the beach (4min bike ride or 12-15min walk), and on a main street with many restaurants and shops. This block also has plenty of on street parking. You are just about guaranteed a spot right out front. Not being on a beach block has its benefits. Parking will never be an issue and traffic is less likely farther north on the island. Most of our neighbors are year round residents, so you will be sure to have a relaxing vacation at the beach. This is a corner house with a great wrap around porch and large second floor deck for your enjoyment.

We have a beach box at the end of Broadway for the summer season to store all of your beach gear, so you do not have to lug it back and forth everyday. This home is equipped with a gas grill, central air, WiFi, cable with 3 flatscreens downstairs and TV's in both 2nd floor bedrooms. There is a bluetooth house stereo.

WE PROVIDE blankets and pillows, a fully equipped, spacious, eat-in gourmet kitchen including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, JenAir range, Whirlpool dishwasher, microwave, Mr Coffee with filters, wine fridge and 2 sinks. kitchen also comes with silverware, glasses, china, pots/pans and cooking utensils.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, washcloths, beach chairs and beach gear, laundry soap, hand soap, dish soap. If you don't want to bring linens, check out linenladies.com for linen rentals.

The first floor: large gourmet eat in chefs kitchen with huge farmhouse table which comfortably seats 8 and island which seats 4, a sun room with a couch that converts to a queen, living room with sleeper queen sofa, full bathroom/laundry room. Kitchen is equipped with Mr Coffee with filters.

The second floor: Master bedroom with steam shower jacuzzi tub,TV, two queen beds and 1 single. An additional bedroom with one queen bed. A separate full bathroom.
Third floor: loft bedroom with two twin beds.

The house has bedrooms that sleeps 9 with an additional sleeping for 1 more on fold out couch (10
totol).

NOT INCLUDED in rental but 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 on the property with private separate entrance available for an additional fee:
Bedroom (1 queen), 1 bath(shower no tub), full kitchen, living/dinning(sofa bed), patio and Small porch.

Minimum 1 week rental during the summer.
