You’ll find multiple living areas for relaxing and socializing, four dining tables that seat 20, and a kitchen set up for big meals (double oven + essentials). After a day on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor hot-water shower or unwind on the patio. Ample on-site parking (up to 8 cars) and nearby street parking make arrivals and group logistics simple.

You’ll have the entire house and outdoor spaces to yourself. The two cameras on-site are disclosed outdoor driveway cameras covering front and back entrance , installed for property security only — there are no indoor cameras.

We send clear pre-check-in and check-in messages with house rules and arrival details. A co-host is available as a backup contact to ensure fast responses.
