A 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood and offers numerous upgrades for a comfortable stay.The home has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a center island with bar seating, and dining table to accommodate. Enjoy the spacious open living room, perfect for relaxation and entertaining.The main bedroom (Bedroom #1) is on the first level which has a king bed. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are on the upper level and have queen size beds. Finishing out on the upper level, Bedroom #4 has a bunk bed(Twin over Full) which the kids will enjoy. The living room also has a queen sofa bed and can be utilized as needed.The home includes a convenient laundry area, wide plank vinyl floors throughout, and elegantly tiled bathrooms. The private fenced in backyard hosts the in-ground pool with lighting, BBQ grill and dining area. Also included are some outdoor games to add to the entertainment. Pool will be open through the end of September.Ample off-street parking is available on the private driveway and parking is available in the street (unmetered).Conveniently located about a 15-minute drive to the Cape Mays/Wildwood area beaches and nearby golf courses, shopping centers, dining, and entertainment options.Tenants responsible for their own linens/towels. Property provides mattress covers, pillows, and blankets.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful home in Cape May. We stayed for the Escape the Cape triathlon, the house comfortably fit 2 families, was well appointed and was everything we could have wanted. Close enough for our athletes to bike to the ferry terminal for the race start and less than 10 mins for spectators to drive. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was a great bonus. Beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was very comfortable, spacious and clean. We had no problem with bringing our own sheets and towels and it was a nice surprise to see there were comforters on all the beds since the listing wasn’t super clear on that. Location was great. Quiet neighborhood but close to many stores and a 10-15min drive to the beaches. Would definitely recommend!
