5-bedroom vacation home just a short walk to Cape May Beach

Our beautiful home is located at 1520 New York Avenue in the Poverty Beach section of Cape May. With over 4,300 square feet of living space, it is the perfect home for family vacations, reunions, holiday gatherings, girls or guys weekends, couples looking to get away for a long weekend, or any reason at all. With so much to do year-round in historic Cape May, this is the perfect rental for any season! Available for weekly or 2 – 3-night minimum stays year-round.

Located 2 short blocks from the beach (lifeguard protected in season), our home offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. With four floors of living space, there is plenty of room for everyone.

Our home offers ample, flexible sleeping arrangements.

The first floor is self-contained with a spacious bedroom which has a king bed and a twin trundle bed; a living room with a queen sleeper sofa; a bathroom with a shower and a kitchenette and access to an outside patio. The laundry room and a pool table are also located on the first floor.

We call the second floor, "the gathering spot". A spacious family room opens to the kitchen and two sitting areas. Ideal for the whole family to gather or bound with friends! There is also a wet bar, dining room, 1/2 bath, and a master bedroom, with a king bed and private bath with a shower and soaker tub.

The third floor is the sleeping quarters with three ample size bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed; the second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bed; third bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. Each bedroom has a shower in its bathroom. There is also a twin day bed located in the hallway sitting area.

The fourth floor is a good spot to relax and catch the ocean breeze as windows wrap around the whole room to provide a 360-degree view of Cape May.

There are wood and tile floors throughout the house. There are eight ceiling fans located throughout the house including a ceiling fan in each bedroom. An elevator goes from the first floor up to the third floor. A large, covered porch wraps around the front of the house, there is a deck off of the family room with tables for dinner on a nice summer night, a covered patio on the first floor and an outdoor shower round-out the amenities of our beautiful custom-built home. This house is well maintained and very clean.

Events - We welcome events of up to 35 people. In addition to the standard rates listed, the cleaning fee will be increased to $600.
