Room was comfortable. Blanket felt like a thin curtain. Bed bed was comfortable. The place is dated and needs some upgrades. But close to the boardwalk and reasonably priced.

Was a horrible experience, very dirty as well. HECTOR the handy man was extremely disrespectful and useless. Do not stay here especially if with a family.

Owner / desk person does not know federal laws pertaining to legal service animals.. Ask for paperwork ..its illegal to ask …then said for $35 I can have my service dog ..He said “thats how I make my money” He then got mad and refunded me my money and we were left scrambling for a place …complete idiot runs that place

Property manager and staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great, just a block to the boardwalk. Plenty of on site parking, great restaurants nearby. However, there was a lot of loud music outside our room almost all day; the bed sheets were paper thin; the floor in our room was just persistently sandy; the motel has a pool, but it was ice cold. As a place to just change out of wet clothes/rest your head, its not bad.

This was a last minute booking for a long weekend. The property is a local family run business. The rooms were ok, not looks like they haven't been updated in quite a while. However, the place was nice and clean and we enjoyed the weekend. Nothing fancy for sure, but the location and ability to have our dog alone was very nice. I would stay here again.

The room was clean although dated. The location spot on for walking to the boardwalk and beach. The bed was very comfortable. The place was perfect for our needs and priced well for a one night stay booked at the last minute.
