Pictures were deceiving. Unclean. first room , shower wouldn't turn on. Second room, we needed help several times to unlock our door. Started with a great parking space, made us move, so someone else could use it. Kids playing in the pool and yelling till late at night. I would be embarassed to suggest this place to anyone.

Overall poor stay. Hotel staff were mostly kind but completely unprofessional. Floor was sagging by the door, bathroom was disgusting. Hotel atmosphere was loud. Only good thing about this place is the proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Will not return.

My 1960s room was #120. It has not been updated for many years. When I informed the front desk that my TV was not working, I was told someone would be bye to check it - but no one showed. (The screen noted "no network connection.") The cleaning person later told me that she would inform the manager "again."

The room had no working shower (the knob for the shower faucet was missing), you could not lock the hotel room door because the entire lock mechanism was missing. When I complained they said they removed all the locks on the doors because older people were getting locked in the room and didn't know how to get out and said do not worry about it (?)!!! The bathroom had a lot of mold and the entire room was filthy. Was told check-in time was 2:00pm then found the office locked with no staff member and a sign saying check-in is between 3-4pm. When I went back I had to look for the staff member. Parking was an issue also. I was told they would refund my money but I have yet to see a refund. The picture attached to this review is NOT how the hotel looks!

Parking is weird. They make you leave your car key so they can move your car because the only way to park is to block other people in. Staff was very nice at check in. Cleaning people were having a loud conversation outside our door at like 6am. You can hear everything. It was ok for the price but probably would upgrade to another place next time. Close to Boardwalk definitely a plus. Shower in room was likely clogged cuz water backed up but didn’t really cause an issue.

The entire room was outdated. Our bathroom shower stall floor had been PAINTED over the concrete floor in one thick layer. A weird and unsafe idea. The moisture trapped underneath caused the paint to buckle and rip, causing my daughter's foot to slide forward on the wet paint flap and she almost hit her head on the floor tiles. There was mold everywhere from lampshades to grout and the fridge door. One of the lamps had a broken plug to the lamp. So no light there. You can hear everything through the walls with noisy neighbors shouting obscenities. I only stayed here because i made plans with the kids last minute. Will not be back.

The pictures for staying here look NOTHING like it is. OLD, runned down, door frame to bathroom rotted & gross. Had to kick in door to room cause of humidity. Floors gross. They should pay us to stay. One & done never again. Only plus was convieant to boardwalk... DO NOT RECOMMEND
