Beautiful apartment in great location. Walking distance from the V&A waterfront. Very well furnished, with stove, microwave, washer, and dryer. Roofdeck with stunning views of the ocean, stadium, and waterfront. Also has very nice area for grilling (braai) with sitting area on roofdeck.

Das Apparment ist sauber und o.k. eingerichtet. Eher klein und so gut wie gar keine Aussicht. Das Bild suggeriert etwas anderes. Der Pool ist im 9. Stock. Das Apparment aber liegt im 1. Stock, direkt über der Garage. Ist dadurch am Morgen recht laut und wie gesagt NULL Aussicht. Die Lage im Green Point Viertel ist aber ideal und direkt vor dem Appartment hat eine Bus-Haltestation der MyCiti Buslinie.
