The room itself was lovely. small suite 2 Bedrooms Lovely spot and staff OK No chair in large double room All 3 wardrobe doors sqeaked badly. Reported 4 times over 2 night stay not fixed. Bedside light in both rooms not working. Fixed after 2 requests, then not bright enaough Electric plug socket fouled by top of desk unit in double bed room Toilet paper holder by washbasin instead of by toilet. No "do not disturb" sign despite many requests. Good Nespresso machine, but mug too tall to fit! Large balcony, but no table and chairs. Just one old plastic upright chair. Ceiling lights by TV with none over settee, so unable to read from there.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room is clean with a great view. Amazing food Friendly staff Internet does not work. It almost does not exist. Even in the lobby I had to rely on my roaming service

Room and hotel first class But don't accept rooms by the lifts as i was given Checked in at 4pm and still waited 30 minutes until room was ready. Air conditioning unit not working controls very difficult to work. 2 staff members couldn't make it work TV very poor quality picture Engineer called and je said he would reset it. Stll poor picture afterwards. Moved rooms on 2nd night further away from lifts. Moved out at 12am and returned at 3pm Given room key and still room being cleaned Not really a great experience of the Kristal hotel and 2nd time of staying there. Not an apology really given so won't recommend others Should have been a first class experience

I’ve stayed with you a few times now over the years. Overall, it’s very nice hotel - clean, great location. But, your cleaning staff in the mornings are incredibly loud in the hallways. No regard for guests that are on vacation and maybe trying to get a few minutes extra sleep. When asked to be a bit quieter, they just glance over and continue talking at a VERY high volume. Very rude and disrespectful.

The hotel location was safe and quiet. The hotel itself was modern witb a gym and pool, very clean and amenities. The staff were very curteous and friendly wirh prompt response. The breakfast is buffet with great and varied options. The spa..massage is something to definitely soak into The hotel is family friendly, we stayed for a week and enjoyed it. We would go back in a heart beat!! It offers an amazing experience at an affordable cost

Family Eight Night Stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel

We are a family of four who had an 8 night stay at the Krystal Beach Hotel which we consider to be a five star rating (for a four star hotel). Excellent location with fantastic views over Gordon's Bay. Many great aspects to the hotel to support the five star rating including: the family room was very spacious for the four of us, comfortable bedding for excellent nights sleep, daily cleaning/maid service, friendly staff, healthy and filling daily breakfast, good range of meals and drink at competitive prices prices served in the restaurant, access to a gym and many other positive aspects

Great stay. They moved me into another room as the lock on my door was faulty. However breakfast prepared food and coffee was always cold. Very noisy people in the passages.
