We had a wonderful stay at The Taj. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town, which made exploring so easy. The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent throughout our visit. I made use of the spa and truly enjoyed the treatment, which was deeply relaxing and a real highlight. A lovely touch was the friendship bracelets on arrival. I still have mine and it is such a special reminder of our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at the Taj Cape Town exceeded my expectations in every way. I loved my room. The bed was comfortable, every shower was invigorating and the bath tub was heaven. The staff take this hotel to an entirely different level. They are attentive, knowledgeable and funny. Primrose, in the restaurant, gave me a food hack/recommendation that changed how I will order breakfast from now on! I need to also call out Siba and Martha from the front desk. Siba was just an all around great help and Martha helped me resolve an issue that had nothing to do with the hotel. She gave me so much calm and saved the start of my trip in a way that made me so grateful. The whole time, i truly felt that her goal was to make certain that i was ok. Bravo!

The room was spacious, light and comfortable and a nice gift for our anniversary. The Taj Cape Town owes us nothing but a return stay whenever we are in Cape Town again! We experienced top tier 10/10 service, support, surprise and the food! We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and from the moment we arrived it was splendid. We got help from the car, a warm towel, and the room was just everything including the complimentary bottle of wine. All during our staff they provided romantic set up, desserts in our room, a romantic bath set up...and AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. The coolest thing were the bracelets we received upon arrival made by survivors of domestic violence. As a Director at a nonprofit that work with survivors of domestic violence, this made me glad we had chosen the Taj. The food...my goodness!!! Dinner, the lounge and breakfast were all amazing, the staff attentive and wonderful. Shameeza, was amazing at welcoming us and making sure our stay was wonderful. The location is great and very close to many things in the area. Car serbice through them is a bit expensive so we booked our own rides. The only complaint I have is that we had to leave.
