The stylish one-bedroom apartment has a queen-size bed and boasts a
spacious en-suite bathroom with stunning views - talk about a view
worth getting out of bed for. The main living areas consist of a
farm-style kitchen fully equipped with every amenity needed for a
comfortable self-catered stay, and a large open plan extended lounge
and dining area. The main living area leads to the balcony where guests
can enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
Whether travelling for business or leisure, this stunning accommodation
welcomes all to experience a respite that will allow them to relax and
reset both their body and mind.
While the Zaria Sun Penthouse may look too beautiful to leave, Gordon’s
Bay is a breathtaking oceanside town with plenty to offer. From trendy

This property offers a sleeper couch for children under 12 years old. If you would like to use the sleeper couch, please inform your consultant, as an additional fee will apply. For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
