Green Coral is located in a strategic position on the island of Capri and is furnished in classic 1950s style with luxurious period furniture. The Villa is a short walk from the famous Piazzetta and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach of Marina Piccola.

The strong point of Green Coral are the magnificent garden and all outdoor spaces. The well-kept gardens are about 500 square meters wide and boast examples of Mediterranean plants.
The villa, which is divided into two independent levels connected by the common garden, consists of five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining room, a panoramic terrace that make this property an ideal refuge for large families. / or a group of friends.


Green Coral has in fact hosted some of the most famous festivals held on the island of Capri and is a symbol of luxury, privacy and exclusivity.


The upper level
through the corridor, you enter the spacious living room furnished with vaulted ceilings, sofas and French doors leading to the terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and overlooking the beautiful sea view. Directly behind the main living room, through a series of arches and pillars is the dining room that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people around a luxurious antique wooden table. Adjacent to the living room, there is also a small room with TV and sofas. Also from this room, you can access the bright terrace.


The kitchen is spacious and elegantly furnished with finely painted tiles by local artisans. It is well equipped with all necessary utensils, including a 5-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer and dishwasher.


The bedrooms - upper level
The Villa can comfortably accommodate ten to twelve guests in four double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with two beds.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is generously sized and has a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bath tub.
Through a series of glass doors, you have direct access to the main terrace and gardens. The second bedroom also has a private bathroom, walk-in closet and an additional single bed, ideal for a child or teenager. From the window you can admire the gardens of the villa.


The annexe
Passing through the lush gardens and down a wide staircase, you will come to the entrance of the annex. This independent apartment also has a separate entrance directly on the main road.

Entering the apartment you will find a cozy living / dining room with a TV corner and wooden furniture. There is also a small and functional kitchenette with electric hotplates and a fridge / freezer.
Furthermore, through the corridor, you reach the night space in which there are three more bedrooms, two doubles and one twin.
Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the third bathroom has been recently renovated and is equipped with a large shower. One of the double bedrooms has an extra single bed for a child, if needed.


Finally, on the ground floor there is also a separate bathroom with a washing machine, sink and everything needed for cleaning.
All the modern conveniences that you are used to having in your home, such as TV, Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning, you will have to your advantage even at Villa Green Coral.
Gardens and outdoor terrace

Villa Green Coral is surrounded by 500 square meters of lush Mediterranean gardens that allow maximum privacy. The well-kept gardens are split over two levels and boast a series of Mediterranean plants. At the top level of the Villa, you can choose between two terraces where you can relax and admire the surrounding landscape.
The covered terraces are furnished with upholstered sofas, deck chairs and a nice dining table for up to 10 people, perfect for al fresco dining.
Around the Villa there are numerous outdoor corners, one of which is shaded by a natural canopy of pine trees, which give you the necessary privacy if you travel with a larger group.
The outdoor area is pleasantly furnished with tables and chairs to spend happy and restful moments.
There is an outdoor shower in the garden to cool off after a swim in the salty waters of the Mediterranean.


The position

Gren Coral is only a ten minute walk from "La Piazzetta", the historic square in the center of the city of Capri, and at the same distance (10 minutes) you reach the beach of Marina Piccola.
Just 300 meters from the property you will find a small supermarket and a local restaurant, while all the main services such as banks, bars and boutiques are located in the center of Capri.
Getting around the island is simple. In addition to walking, there is a bus stop located very close to the villa, while taxis are available throughout the island.
A transfer service can also be arranged upon request.
