The expansive terrace is perfect for lounging, offering stunning ocean views and plenty of space to unwind. It’s an excellent choice if you’re planning an event. The property is located just off the main shopping strip, tucked away in a quiet spot, a short walk from the bustling central square.

Very clean, newly renovated, amazing pool and sunbeds with pillows. The staff and the reception are so nice and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious with lovely beds and lovely bathroom. The staff comes to prepare your room for sleeping. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is also very close to everything, walkable, but in a quiet area. If you can, o would suggest a room with sea view because the view is just amazing on the sea

We absolutely love Hotel Mamela. The building, the rooms, the pool— they are all wonderful. Throughout, there is exceptional attention to detail. The staff is very good, particularly the pool and dining staff. Prior to arriving to the hotel, I contracted food poisoning. The Mamela staff cooked me “bland” food— off the menu— for several days. The pool staff is attentive, fixing everything so it is just-right. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer— something we will remedy when we visit Capri again. In the meantime, we have wonderful memories to carry with us.

Absolutely the worst hotel I have very stayed at in Italy. Apparently, they don’t value their clients. They outright lie and play games. The staff was so bad I would have checked out but I brought six of my friends with me who all had similar views without me mentioning it to them. A dog even peed in the lobby and the staff never bothers to clean it up letting there guests walk through it. I was swimming in the pool and the pool man was literally throwing shock chemicals all around me causing redness on my arms and chest. As a final insult, they sent my bag Ahrens to the ferry. They had the destination and and time but they sent it to the wrong ferry. I was able to get it back 3 minutes before sailing. This is not a 5 star. Not even a 2 star. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be treated poorly. I’m working with AMEX to get at least a partial refund.
