This wonderfully appointed Beach Villa residence boasts fantastic amenities and modern finishes, featuring beautiful coastal decor, a renovated kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. This property comfortably accommodates a party of 4. featuring a King bed in the master quarters, and a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room.



This condo is one of just a few with direct gulf front views, picture yourself rolling out of bed in the morning directly onto the beach, drink of choice in hand, with your favorite book and music to boot. Take advantage of community gas grills to achieve those perfect grill marks on your catch of the day after fishing with one of the many guides out of Bayside Marina. Kick back and relax at the end of a sun-filled day while watching your favorite channels using the provided YouTube TV accounts.



Guest Access:

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the Beach Villas complex, including a heated pool, tennis courts, grill and cooking area, and a communal laundry room. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. Our repeat guests prefer staying with us over booking through the resort as you are GUARANTEED the unit you book online, what you see is what you get! Staying with us guarantees you a fantastic unit, access to pools and beaches less than a minute from your room, first-class guest services, and far more economical pricing.



The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the beach side, steps to beach and in walking distance to downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

Guests are required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We provide guests with as much privacy as they would like, yet are available in an instant as needed to address any issues, large or small. We are available through phone, text, e-mail, and in person any time assistance is needed and are equipped to handle any guest request.

Fantastic Stay

Very comfortable and clean. The beach access was fantastic, the beach and the area wasn’t too busy due to the beginning of the off season but the local businesses were open and great. Very friendly area. We would stay again.

Captiva get away

considering all the damage to the island we were very happy with the condition of the property and the elevator was repaired on our second day of our trip which was helpful for my wife as she stuggles with stairs.

Nice beach place

The condo was nice with all the basics but not a lot of extras. It wa right on the beach. There was a nice schemed in patio. There was a lot of hurricane recovery construction in process. The beach was nice with a lot of shells. There were a handful of restaurants open on the island, loved the live music at RC Otters

The condo was very comfortable! The pictures and description were accurate. Kitchen was more than equipped. We have never had a VRBO kitchen with as many cooking accessories. We enjoyed the screen porch every evening! So close to many restaurants and shops! Will definitely come again!

Nice location in South Seas Resort but renter beware

Overall the unit was clean and inside amenities were as detailed. The view from the balcony is excellent. The AC was not working upon arrival but the problem was resolved within 3 hours. However we were very disappointed to learn we were not considered guests of the South Seas Resort. Each property owner has the option to purchase resort amenities and this is not included with this unit. This means no access to the bayside pool area and restaurants located inside South Seas Resort. This is not mentioned in the property details. One would naturally assume all guests at South Seas would have access to the entire resort. Luckily this unit is located within 20 minutes walking distance to all stores and restaurants in town.

We had an amazing time! The condo was very clean! Perfect size for a couple getting away to relax! Loved sitting out on the screened in porch in the morning and evening!
