Bea Bright and Welcoming House

The house stands on a hill, in the municipality of Caravonica. You can relax in the greenery, cook in the open air, sleep in rooms shrouded in silence and admire a beautiful landscape among the birds' five or cheered by the crackling of the fireplace. These pleasant sensations can become everyday experiences by staying in our Bea holiday home. The house is immediately very welcoming and furnished with new furniture. Kitchen and living room are organized in a single room with sofa bed. We have a double bedroom and a second room with two single beds (bathroom with shower). Guests can use the free Wi-Fi, the barbecue area and the swimming pool with wooden solarium equipped with deck chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower. Its garden, with gazebo table and chairs, is perfect for outdoor dining.
Our family has decided to host you in our holiday home to let you enjoy life surrounded by nature. We are available during your stay.

A place so poetic that you will seem to have returned to its origins, between organic and tasty foods and an air of total relaxation. You will find an organic garden that will offer you 0 km food and unspoiled nature, avoiding transport pollution. The owners produce organic extra virgin olive oil (which you can also taste and buy!) and local wine. It is perfect for all those who want a relaxing and romantic holiday, between walks and dives in the sea or having barbecues with the family. Casa Bea is the ideal location both for families (even with small children) and for couples who want to treat themselves to a small romantic getaway away from the bustle of the city. The property is a 15-minute drive from the sea and the city center of Imperia; you can also visit important Ligurian places such as the city of flowers, Sanremo (35 km), Portofino (120 km) or immerse yourself in the French Riviera between Montecarlo, Menton or Cannes. The nearest grocery store is 200 meters away. The nearest shopping center is about 10 km away. Nice airport approx. 100 km; Genoa airport approx. 110 km.

Séjour agréable en Ligurie

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans les montagnes à 25mn d'Imperia. Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement du dessus de la maison. Un autre appartement est au rez de chaussée, chaque locataire à son jardin privatif et son babrbecue. La piscine est partagée. L'appartement est grand et propre, le jardin agréable. Le propriétaire nous a trÚs bien accueillis. Il y a plusieurs centres commerciaux a qq minutes en voiture et a Imperia. Nous avons également suivi les conseils du propriétaire pour les restaurants, la pizzeria Les logge notamment etait trÚs bien.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schön gelegener Landschaft

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer schönen, sauberen und absolut gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Unser Vermieter Dario hat per GoogleĂŒbersetzer all unsere Fragen beantwortet und auch auf jede SMS von uns wurde schnell geantwortet...Kommunikation war daher problemlos möglich. Zur Wohnung...diese war dank der Klimaanlagen in beiden Schlafzimmern und dem zusĂ€tzlichen Ventilator im Wohnzimmer sehr angenehm. Dadurch, dass alle Fenster mit MĂŒckengittern versehen waren, hatten wir keine lĂ€stigen Schnaken. W-Lan funktionierte sowohl in der Wohnung als auch draußen beim Pool oder unserem schön gepflegten Gartenbereich ohne Probleme. Die KĂŒche war bestens ausgestattet, hat einen großen KĂŒhlschrank und ein großes separates Gefrierfach, SpĂŒlmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster,... Das Bad war sauber, hatte eine Waschmaschine die wir immer wieder nutzten und mussten daher nicht ganz so viel Klamotten einpacken. NatĂŒrlich war auch ein WĂ€schestĂ€nder da...und große/ kleine HandtĂŒcher. Jede der zwei Wohnungen hatte einen separaten Gartenteil, der sehr gut gepflegt war, mit Sonnenliegen unterm Olivenbaum und traumhafter Aussicht an BerghĂ€nge voller OlivenbĂ€ume. Gartentisch mit StĂŒhlen unter einem Pavillion. Die SeitenwĂ€nde des Pavillons ließen sich mit Insektennetzen schnell verschließen und hielt uns lĂ€stige MĂŒcken fern. Auch den Grill nutzten wir hĂ€ufig. Der Pool wurde tĂ€glich gereinigt ohne, dass Dario uns lĂ€stig wurde. Von Dario erhielten wir leckere Tomaten/ GemĂŒse - Danke!

WohlfĂŒhloase

Die perfekt ausgestattete, super saubere FeWo Bea im Obergeschoss hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen. Sitzen unterm schattigen Freisitz und natĂŒrlich der Pool sind eine tolle Bereicherung. Die VerstĂ€ndigung mit demĂŒberaus netten und zuvorkomrnden Vermieter Dario klappt mit den modernen Medien perfekt. Auf SMS Nachrichten wurde sehr schnell reagiert.Die "Pomodori" aus seinem Garten sind ein Traum. Wir haben nichts vermisst Der Anfahrtsweg ĂŒber kleine enge StrĂ€ĂŸchen ist ja bekannt und auch, dass es nur einen sehr kleinen Lebensmittelladen im schönen Örtchen gibt. Einzig die Beschreibung zur Wohnung des Vermieters, wegen der SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe, könnte etwas genauer beschrieben sein. Aber auch das lĂ€sst sich klĂ€ren, man bekommt im Voraus deine Nummer. Wir kommen wieder, es gibt noch viel zu unternehmen an der tollen Blumenriviera.

Lovely apartment in the gorgeous hillside

Immaculate and clean apartment. Very spacious. We stayed in the apartment upstairs. The town is tranquil. One piece of advice is not to follow your GPS which will lead you up a terrible road to the village. Instead drive to Imperia and then take the turn off to Caravonica. Its not shorter but a whole lot safer and less stressful. Dario (owner) was very attentive and takes very good care of his property.

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir waren als Familie bei Dario und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Er ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter und er hat uns mit leckerem GemĂŒse aus dem Garten versorgt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man hat einen eigenen Garten. Der Pool hat fĂŒr die nötige Erfrischung gesorgt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe gemacht. Eine sehr familiĂ€re AtmosphĂ€re. Die Wohnung ist etwas außerhalb in einen kleinem Bergdorf und zum Strand sind es ca. 30 Minuten und zum Supermarkt 20 Minuten. Wir haben die Ruhe aber sehr genossen und abends kĂŒhlt es schön ab. Wir können die Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Unser erster Italienurlaub

Unser Urlaub in Dario's Ferienwohnung Bella hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung, der eigene Garten mit Grillplatz und der Pool waren echt schön. Positiv ist auch, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt, leider ist die Einfahrt sehr steil, sodass man sehr aufpassen muss, dass das Auto nicht mit dem Unterboden aufsetzt. In der Wohnung selbst wĂ€re ein Staubsauger super, aber mit kehren ging es auch. Unser Vermieter Dario ist sehr gastfreundlich, die Tomaten aus seinem Garten sind sehr lecker und sein Weißwein ebenso. HierfĂŒr noch einmal vielen lieben Dank! Auch als der Wasserkocher ist nicht mehr funktioniert hat, hatten wir innerhalb weniger Stunden von Dario einen neuen bekommen. Ein sehr toller Service! Die Fahrt nach Caravonica war jedes Mal sehr spannend, die Serpentinen erfordern hohe Aufmerksamkeit, da es an einigen Stellen sehr eng wird, wenn Gegenverkehr kommt. DafĂŒr wird man mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick entschĂ€digt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können die Ferienwohnung und Dario als Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank Dario! perfect holiday

We had a great stay at Casa Bea. The accommodation is very clean and well-kept and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The private garden with barbecue and the pool were the highlights. Bicycles were also made available free of charge It's a few kilometers to the stand, but you have the peace and quiet of nature. There are enough shopping opportunities in Imperia. The pizza in the region is an experience and must not be missed! Thank you very much and would love to do it again.

Wunderschöner Urlaub !

Uns hat das Haus und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und der Pool eignet sich hervorragend um sich erfrischen. In der nĂ€heren Umgebung kann man schöne AusflĂŒge unternehmen (wie zum Beispiel : Strand am Meer, idyllische Dörfer, Wandern in den Bergen, Stadtbesichtigungen, Museen und vieles mehr). Really nice apartment with pool and garden

The apartment is really clean and modernly equiped and decorated. All the equipment works fine. The pool and the private garden are really clean and well maintained. The beds are good and the windows have musquitonets wich is also nice. Dario is an exellent and hospitable host who is always available for questions. We, a family of five, had a wonderfull stay here.
