Room was cozy. Bed comfortable. Had accessible room with roll in shower. However the toilet was as low as an elementary school toilet. Made it difficult for me. However, well insulated. Very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was so good and varied each day. Attendant Starlene was so very pleasant to everyone.

Overall, building was clean and maintained. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Good breakfast options. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint. The elevator was out of service when we visited. Good value for price. I'd stay there again.

Carpeting in the room was dirty and had used utensils on the floor. Elevators were broken. Ice machine was empty. Cookies were advertised as being in the lobby but there were not any. My kids asked the front desk and the staff member just said “there are none”

It was a last minute booking coming up to see our son at Dickinson. Nice hotel with friendly staff. It was a bit loud on the weekend with a tournament of some sort but they quieted down by 10:30.

This is a nice looking hotel. We stayed here on Sunday prior to a 5 day trip and our room smelled of sewer, but we didn’t notice until unpacked, so we put up with it. Upon returning from our trip we stayed here again and asked for a room that didn’t have the sewer smell and the front desk said that there was a sewage treatment plant near the hotel and they couldn’t do anything about the sewer smell. Also on this stay the elevator was not working and wasn’t 5 days earlier … still not working. Our room was on the third floor so we had to carry our luggage up two sets of stairs, which is very difficult for a 75 year old couple. The staff was friendly and the facilities nice except for the non working elevator. I would think twice about staying in this hotel.

The staff was nice and willing to help. Our Room on the Third Floor with a broken Elevator. I was informed it has been down for Months. We were not happy about that!! The Room wasn’t the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in and had a musty smell. Being a 9.0 On Hotels.com is a Joke to say the least…..

The facility manager was very friendly and helpful. One side exit door was unsecured - the latch was broken and the door could be opened by anyone at any time. I did report it to evening desk staff but nothing was done. The elevators were inoperative, undergoing maintenance during my stay. The room was somewhat dim, but very spacious and QUIET. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit, but the bed was quite good for sleep. The breakfast was good for free, and the serving staff was very polite and cheerful early in the morning. Overall, a good 4 star stay.

My husband and i enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice. There was an odor that we mentioned when we checked out. It smelled like sewer. We were told it came from a facility near by. We questioned that because we smelled it in the room and not out in the lobby or outside. I would definately check the drains ....
