The girl at the front was the sweetest thing. Having to deal with a terribly rude guest in front of us during check in, she regained her composure and was more worried about us. I wish I knew her name. Well done.

We love staying at hotels that have the 2 bedrooms since we have little ones it gives them a quiet place to sleep. But this stay was rough. I’m not sure who was above us but they were running and jumping around till around 3 am on and off and the people beside us had a lovely screaming match around midnight. Staff was very friendly minus one of the kitchen staff who was rude when we asked for a bag to help us carry the Togo breakfast. Room was clean. Curtain had holes in them which was an eyesore. The fridge was super loud if you were in the living room area but wasn’t bad when you were in the rooms. Water was super hot in both bathrooms but had no water pressure for the shower. Has two separate units for air. The one room was amazing and stayed cool where as the living room and other room that shared a unit stayed around 76-80 degrees no matter what we set it at. We ended up cranking down the solo room and just keep the door open to cool everything. Beds were ok they seemed comfortable but we all woke up with sore necks and backs. The pool and jaccuzi were open but we didn’t get a chance to use as it was pretty chill out still. It wasn’t the worst we have ever stayed at but I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The property was in a very nice location , very nice hotel clean staff was super friendly, Now the room.... the AC didn’t work in the summer time and kept making a loud beeping sound , had the maintenance guy come up and he Said there was nothing we could do that the ac was under warranty and he couldn’t work on and the front desk clerk said the hotel was booked and could not change our room and the room was non refundable , it was a huge inconvenience I had my three kids with me and one of them is only a year old it was 7pm and we drove from Victorville 2 hour trip no way I could pack them up and just leave , we put up with it would have been a great trip if the ac worked
