Were family of 6. One 4 yes old and 15 months. We got suite and we 4 cars keys to go into our room none of these keys works ok so we went to the very unorganized/ dirty lobby and asked none of card keys works so then it works after going back to the office. .. every night none of the card keys works… cold with our young kids outside in the parking lot. The contractor have to open the door for us at one time. Garbage disposal is not working , no room service, the AC was too loud so hard to sleep . 👎👎👎 With our rate every night was too much with that kind of service and hotel. Even the lady who check us in said OMG you paid too much she said!

When we checked in they did not tell us about getting fresh towels and whenever we went to check with the front desk no one was there.

Clean, convenient. For business travelers pls. note the proximity to Legoland brings a lot of families...busy breakfast bar!

We loved the whole hotel in general! Had a great time in the pool/hot tub and at the basketball court! The breakfast every morning was delicious! The staff was very professional and friendly!

We loved the hotel and the room. The pool was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok but could use some improvement. More fresh fruit, vegetables, etc.
