This completely renovated Carmel home is now ready to welcome guests.
Beautiful furnishings, appointments and amenities have been carefully selected and placed throughout this 1,552 sf home.

Located in a quiet, established neighborhood in the Mission Fields area, not far from the Crossroads and Barnyard Shopping Centers, Carmel Mission Basilica and Carmel River Beach, guests of this home will be central to everything up and down the coast. The natural wonders of Point Lobos State Reserve and Big Sur are just a short drive away, and downtown Carmel by the Sea and the entire Monterey Peninsula are also just a short drive from the home.

Living areas and kitchen are fully renovated and well-equipped with all the necessities of life and many extras for your comfort. Modern light fixtures, new hard floor surfaces, stainless steel appliances, stunning tiled backsplash and gold accents adorn the kitchen.

A decorative fireplace in the living room, with a large flat screen TV mounted above, is a great place to gather for conversation on the comfy sofa. An additional seating area has a long table and 5 armchairs, perfect for TV viewing, playing games or even working on your laptop. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open concept and the high ceilings give the space an airy, lofty feeling. The TV is wifi-enabled for guests to log into their own streaming apps (no cable).

The living room sliding door opens toward the large, privacy-fenced front yard with an attractive deck which provides a seamless transition from inside to outside. A gas BBQ grill is on hand and ready to go.
