Welcome to "Wy Knot " in Carmel by the Sea.

Gorgeous 1600 plus' sq ft in Carmel by the Sea home nestled in a darling neighborhood close to town. A custom remodel completed in 2019 makes it feel as if you're stepping into a brand new home.

Enjoy the best of both worlds in this wonderful recently remodeled cottage. Wy Knot is 5 blocks from the picturesque and world-renowned quaint village of Carmel-by-the-Sea, and less then 1/2 mile to highway 1 that gets you everywhere you want to be on the Monterey Peninsula.

This home feels spacious with open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. Wy Knot features three comfortable bedrooms, a den with pull out sofa sleeper and four bathrooms, sleeping up to six-eight guests.

As you enter into the home, you are drawn to the beautifully remolded kitchen, with Viking appliances, a Boos Walnut custom island countertop, and Thomasville cabinetry. It is a chefs dream! 

This home is tastefully appointed with comfortable high end furniture mixed with attractive art pieces. The common areas have new oak hardwood floors. The living room, dining room and kitchen are complimented with a bright open concept design. All four newly remodeled bathrooms have marble floors 

Two bedrooms are located on the main floor-both spacious, beautifully decorated and outfitted with luxury beds and linens. The Master bedroom enjoys high beamed ceilings, with a glass door that leads to a private deck.

Enjoy your coffee on the deck as you bask in the morning sun. The king bed looks out onto the deck. The room invites you to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie on a flat screenTV . The Master bathroom has been completely remodeled.

The other bedroom is located off the main hallway. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed, luxury linens and has ample closet space. The 3rd bedroom upstairs also has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has been completely renovated, incorporating tile into the pristine white ceramic tile.

A spacious patio off of the kitchen invites you to relax and enjoy the moderate Carmel climate. A barbecue is provided.

The owners have taken great pride in this house and the attention to detail can be seen throughout. Besides the top-of-the-line appliances and fixtures, high quality furniture, beds and bedding, they have also provided " Air to Air heat exchanger", this brings fresh air into the house. The home also has a dehumidification and air conditioning system that maintains +/- 55% humidity. Leaving the home with clean fresh air!

Your hosts have provided the services of Carmel Coast Estate, Inc a locally owned and operated full service Real Estate and Property Management company. Your Property Managers are available by cellular phone, text messaging and email during your visit.
