Apartment B is part of a house that contains four independent dwellings, located in the heart of the picturesque village of Lariño — a network of small, quiet streets with very little traffic. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a small bathtub, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that includes a table for four people. Although there is no living room, the kitchen is large enough to comfortably enjoy meals and moments of relaxation.

One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a patio furnished with a plastic outdoor table and chairs. Guests of the four apartments share access to the common garden and barbecue area.

Bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths, and dishwashing liquid are provided for each stay. The beach of Lariño is about a 15–20 minute walk away, and the village itself has a small supermarket a few meters away, as well as two restaurants, three bars, and a nearby bus stop.
