Restored fisherhouse for 6 persons

House with 4 bedrooms and outdoor space, renovated in 2026 with great taste and very close to the beaches. Due to ongoing renovation works, there are currently no photos of the first-floor bedroom, its new en-suite bathroom, or the two small bedrooms. Photos of the final condition will be added at the end of June 2026. Please note that the interior and terrace will differ from the photos currently shown.

The 80 m² of usable space are divided into two floors; the lower floor includes a living-dining room and kitchen with splendid sea views, one double bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with its own bathroom and two small attic bedrooms, very bright, with single beds, whose large windows allow you to enjoy the sensational sea views.

The house also has a terrace with spectacular views of the coast, accessible from the kitchen, equipped with a parasol, table, and outdoor chairs. Adjacent is a small garden of 85 m² with a barbecue and a closed shed where various items such as bicycles or kayaks can be stored.

Guests usually park on the main road and walk down a 100 m path to the house, as only very small cars can access it.

The access road is very narrow with a sharp curve. Cars larger than a VW Polo may not be able to reach the house and may need to park on the main road C-550. From the main road to the house, it is about a 120 m walk.

Proximité de la route et du bar gênante sur la terrasse : des dizaines de personnes vous regardent quand vous êtes dans le jardin... Impossibilité d'accéder à la maison en voiture à moins que vous ayez une toute petite voiture car le chemin d'accès est très étroite et bordé de murs à son entrée.
