The Flotilla is a 1500 sqft home that consists of :

- 3bedroom / 2 full bathrooms & 4 beds
- Beds: 3 king & 1 queen sleeper sofa in the living room
- Linens are included
- Each bedroom & the living room has a new Roku smart Tv's with Netflix.

- full kitchen & dining room
- sun porch & courtyard
- Key-less entry

The home sleep 8 adults comfortably, the maximum number of allowed guests is 10. Although we allow 10 guests, we only supply lines for the 4 beds. You are responsible for additional guest sleeping accommodations and additional linens.

PLEASE READ THE "WE PROVIDE " SECTION BELOW
This is the entire home, it has a shared wall, like a duplex with another vrbo, that is attached to the right side of the main home. There will be NO contact or communication between you and the other vrbo, each place has its own private entrance and patio.
children are welcome in the home, but must ALWAYS be under adult supervision.

The home has a beautiful sun porch and courtyard with a 6 ft privacy fence, along with a grilling & picnic area, chairs and a picnic tables.

We are located 6 blocks / 3 min. ride to Carolina beach access and the boardwalk, 2 blocks from the local park with a walking/bike trail, dog park, soccer fields, baseball fields, Skate board park, tennis and basketball courts.

• LINENS: 1 sheet set, 1 blanket & 2 pillows per bed (4 beds)
• TOWELS:8 towels, 4 washcloths & 2 hand towels per bathroom (2 bathrooms).
• Pots/ pans / dishes & Basic cooking utensils
• dish soap
• hand soap ( we do not provide shampoo/ Cond.)
• coffee pot with 2 coffee packs, sugar and coffee creamer (makes 8 cups each)
• charcoal grill (Charcoal not included)
• Washer and Dryer
• Laundry soap ( 2 small boxes )
• Dishwasher pods
• Baby pack and Play.

** Check-in & check-out **
• Check In is at 4:00 pm
• Check out is by 11:00 am sharp (if you leave later than 11 am you may be charged an additional charge)
• You must be at least 25 years old rent the home

• 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
• 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date
• 0% refund if canceled less then 30 days before arrival date

Parking & Entrance to the Home
4 car max. Parking is directly in front of the home in the circular driveway. The Left side of the circular driveway is for management parking / 24-hour access to the property.
PLEASE do not BLOCK this part of the driveway.

Key-less entry allows you the freedom to arrive on your own schedule . The key-less code will be sent to you by 4 pm in a VRBO massager Activities / Places around
* Mike chappel park is located 2 blocks from the home, it has tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer fields, skateboard park and a 3-mile paved walking / bike trail.
We are located about 3 min from the Carolina beach recreation center that has a gym and many other classes / events.

It is very easy to get around the Island. Most people travel by bike, walking or golf cart, these items can be rented at Pleasure Island Rentals and Sun fun rentals. You can bike or golf cart to all destination on Carolina beach.

* Carolina Beach state park where you can fish, hike several trails, launch your boat and Kayak.

* There is much more that can be done at the beach such as paddle board, surf lessons (Tony Silvagni surf school) and walk the boardwalk. The boardwalk has bingo night, fireworks every Thursday, free movies at the lake and free summer concerts. More info. about events, restaurants and activities will be provided in the home when you arrive.

* The left side of the property is sectioned off for the use of the property managers so they can provide fast and accurate services if needed. Management will reside on the property in a separate dwelling for any needed repairs.
