Summary:
Cheer Beaches is a newer 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury townhouse with custom finishes throughout. The floor plan features a garage on the first level, then a full stocked gourmet kitchen and living room with a queen bedroom and full bathroom on the second level, a second living area with a twin over full bunk bedroom/bathroom on the third level, and lastly two bedrooms with private en-suites and king beds on the top floor.

The Space:
Several private patios to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze! Great central location, and you'll love the proximity to the beach! Outdoor shower and you need to do some remote work, there are three desks and fast wifi! At the end of the day relax in the master bathroom jacuzzi tub.

Cheers Beaches is a 4 story townhome- WITH AN ELEVATOR AND PET FRIENDLY!! There is ample amount of parking here.

Please note that the pullout bed in the third floor bedroom is available for use but we do not provide linen or towels for this bed. Please be sure to bring your own if you need to make use of this extra bed.

- Centrally located to all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many amazing restaurants, eclectic drinking holes and coffee shops + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too!
- Wilmington Airport and Downtown Wilmington less than 40 mins away.
- Take the ferry to enjoy Southport for the day!

The grill uses propane that each guest is responsible for providing for themselves. The grill is not part of the cleaning fee so please clean it after each use. Thank you.


We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

we do not provide beach towels or additional blankets. You must provide your own propanne for the grill.

There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
