Cutest Cottage on the Beach- FREE WIFI and Laundry Included sleeps 5

Spectacular beach house. Highly desirable location. Located two blocks from the main beach access (the boardwalk) and one block from all restaurants. House is 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Includes 2 queen and 1 twin beds. This house has a huge yard and tons of parking. We are one block from the Boardwalk which boasts numerous shops and restaurants. Just blocks from the house is the Marina with daily departures on fishing charters, sunset cruises, dinner cruises, and boat rentals. We have a rinse-off area on the back deck. Also, on the back deck we provide a grill. Included are all bed sheets and towels. All beds have brand new Serta mattress. We provide all linens. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cups, and utensils needed. It also includes a brand new stainless dishwasher, stove, and fridge. We provide a washer and dryer. This house is kept very clean and can be a perfect vacation.

**** Also all rental prices are based on occupancy. I ACCEPTED YOUR RESERVATION BASED ON THE TOTAL PEOPLE ON YOUR BOOKING REQUEST. We have had several problems this year with over occupancy and I just want to be 100% up front the expectation on rental occupancy and guidelines. Children and Babies are considered people and will be counted in occupancy totals. This home sleeps a Max if 5 total.

We also do not allow pets or smoking.

House was clean, and very cute and pink themed in and out. Host was very detailed on their needs and the check in and check out process was an easy experience. If you’re looking for your next stay at Carolina Beach, this host is a must, we will be back and I plan on staying with them again!

This is our 4th time at the pink cottage. We like the location and coziness of the cottage. The property management is very friendly and helpful, especially this last trip with snowstorm. Would recommend any of their properties.

This was my second time staying at the pink house and it was as perfect as I remembered it being. Short walk to the beach (and boardwalk stores/restaurants etc) and there’s a grocery store with a coffee shop diagonally across the street. Didn’t have to get back in the car once!

This is our second time staying with Brian and Jamie. Last year, we stayed in the green house so we wanted to try the pink for this trip.Everything was perfect in the pink house and you can't beat the location. If I HAD to make a suggestion of anything, it would be that the house has no "extras" or leftovers like other rentals like condiments, there isn't even salt or pepper. So while there is everything you would need to physically cook, you'll be serving bland food or going to the market across the street to get some salt.

Great spot!

Perfect location for us, older teens were able to walk to all the excitement of the boardwalk & beach, and we loved sitting on the porch at the end of the day watching volleyball at the court across the street!
