Two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo in Carolina Beach. Sleeps six.

Welcome to Dolphin Overlook! Start your day watching dolphins play in the awe-inspiring beauty of a sunrise over the horizon. With one king bed, two twin beds, and a brand new sleeper sofa, this retreat is perfect for families or a group of friends seeking an unforgettable beachfront getaway.

In the main area you'll find the living room with new furniture, a smart TV & Wii, and expansive glass sliders that lead to your own oceanfront deck! The kitchen was just remodeled (Feb 2024) and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a home cooked meal after a long day in the sun. There is seating for 4 at the table and 2 at the counter. Down the hall you'll find the twin bedroom with smart TV, and a shared full bath complete with washer & dryer. The primary bedroom has a cozy king bed and an en-suite bath with rainfall shower. Just a few steps down the street you have access to a swimming pool too!

Just a half mile walk along the sandy shore will bring you to the boardwalk and all the fun of downtown Carolina Beach. Whether you're building sandcastles with the family or taking a sunset stroll along the shore, the beach is your backyard at Dolphin Overlook!

Great location and clean place

We really enjoyed our stay here in Carolina Beach. We loved that there were many restaurants within walking distance and the beach wasn’t crowded. Soft sand to walk on and plenty of beach gear just waiting for us in the outdoor storage space.

Nicely appointed and great location

The property was the nicest condo we have booked at Carolina Beach of the 10 or so trips we have made. Everything was updated and in full working order. It was just as advertised. The proximity to the boardwalk was just far enough away to miss some of the crowds, but close enough to stroll down for dinner and fun. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

Very clean and nice property. The view is beautiful; we loved sitting out on the deck to eat. The place is well-stocked with all the kitchen things you need, and bonus, they have a great water filtration system. You can hear people walking above you, but we just brought some noise machines and ear plugs for nighttime and were fine. The pool is a little small but our daughters enjoyed swimming nonetheless. Overall I would recommend it!

We liked the condo and the location. But the internet and the tv had to be unplugged and restarted quite a bit. It was once or twice every day. We appreciated that a reasonable amount of toilet paper and other supplies were provided.

Family Vacation

I booked this condo for my spouse and 4 kids. It was the perfect space. Unfortunately tropical storm debby ended our trip early, but we will book again for next year! Condo was clean and the perfect location. The rental company accidentally forgot to leave linens for the pull out couch, but within 10 minutes of my email they were at the front door. The communication was great!

Breathtaking views

This property is amazing!! Great view of the ocean right on the beach. The wash machine in the unit was not working and there was a service technician and an employee of the property management company to look at it to get it fixed. I mentioned that we were just going to run to the laundromat to wash our stuff and bring it back to dry. The property management employee took our dirty laundry, they washed it, folded it and brought it back to us in a couple of hours. We will definitely stay here again and tell our friends about this place.
