OCEANFRONT: Million Dollar view. TOP floor on the beach 3 BR 3 Ba Carolina Beach

The complex does not have an elevator. Located on the 3rd floor.

One of the most popular spots on Carolina Beach! Only a few steps to the white sandy beach where you can enjoy the entire day starting with a beautiful sunrise. This unit is located oceanfront on the top floor with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. If you prefer not to go to the beach the deck located off the living room and master bedroom offers plenty of space to relax and is covered from the afternoon sun. There is a large kitchen that comes fully equipped with complete cooking essentials and appliances. A dining area for four is provided and additional seating for three at the at the breakfast bar. This is the first time renting our unit so expect all of the comforts of home.

The condo is on the 3rd floor, within view of the pool. (Convenient for families that have children, allowing the parents access to see their children from the condo).


Master bedroom is OCEAN FRONT has a Queen bed and full bathroom. Sliding glass door to the deck. Blackout curtains.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds.

Loft Bedroom has queen size bed, full size futon and its own private full bathroom with shower. In addition a Ceiling fan and entertainment center with a TV/DVD player and Stereo system along with board games to enjoy.

Living room: 36 inch SMART flat screen TV and DVD player with cable. You can use to stream your favorite programs.

Other Amenities: Iron Board, Iron, Hairdryer and Vacuum, Keurig, drip coffee maker.

There are 2 pools, one you can overlook from the deck and the other located on the other side of the building. Both are close to the two available private beach accesses.

Parking is covered.

The Ocean Grill & Tiki is a few minute walk down the beach. They serve cocktails and excellent food. Famous Britt's Donuts is located on the board walk about a 10-15 minute walk where every Thursday night in the summer a fabulous fire works display takes place. Vinni's Italian Restaurant is very convenient right across the street. Pop's is a short walk to get delicious soft serve ice cream and burgers. There are several other restaurants located in the area that can be reached by walking or a five minute car ride.
A Red Box rental is one block from the condo.

Host kept in touch with me from the time I was confirmed for my stay, and was very helpful. The condo was clean and spacious. The pool wasn’t open while we were there, but the beach was steps away and very nice. I hope to stay there again.

The view is phenomenal. The condo is neat, clean, and well organized. The parking is strict but you get two spaces and that's really all you need. The property manager kept us informed and answered all our questions swiftly and accurately. This place seriously lives up to the hype of its listing! I bookmarked it for future stays!!

Wonderful

The views from this condo are unbeatable. Having morning coffee on the patio, overlooking the ocean was absolute perfection. The condo itself, was very clean, well stocked with amenities to feel at home, with plenty of space and brilliant sunshine. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Great Carolina Beach Condo

This condo has everything we wanted. It is ocean front with wonderful views, has a lot of space, a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We didn’t have any issues, but I could tell that the property manager would have been on top of it if we had. We would stay there again.

The Balcony was roomy, and the oceanfront views were wonderful. The three bedrooms, three baths, and ample beds were really nice for our family. The location is so close to family fun areas - aquarium at Fort Fisher, Boardwalk, Beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Host was awesome.

Great Family weekend

Came to Carolina Beach as a family, with 2 kids and grandparents with us! the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. You can't beat the ocean views with beach access! Property manager was easy to contact when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location! Beautiful view. Very comfortable. We were four adults & (2) children, under (5) & we had no issues. The walk up can be challenging with a lot of stuff

Loved it!

We had such a great stay! The condo was so well-stocked and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach! We even found a baby gate to keep our youngest off the spiral staircase! There are a lot of stairs but the locker for beach equipment made it very manageable. So close to everything and the beach was so beautiful just as I remember it from childhood! We hope to come back next year!

Absolutely wonderful. Beautiful view and beach. The condo was very clean with all amenities. We appreciated the storage on the ground floor our beach chairs. And the corner deck was perfect. We used the pool which was also very clean and delightful. And although we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs, it was manageable! And we got exercise! We hope to come back in the future! Plus our host was very responsive! Thank you!!!

Stay in Carolina Beach (Sand Pebbles)

This property lived up to all our expectations. The ocean views are spectacular and the morning sunrises are breathtaking. Our property manager was very responsive and instructive. It was our first time at Carolina Beach and we found the community very charming and inviting. We will definitely consider returning for a future visit to this beach and this specific property.

Amazing time

We had the most wonderful stay here! The condo was perfect for our family. The views of the ocean are amazing. My kids loved the two pools and the closeness to the beach was great. It was great to be so close to all the action of Carolina Beach, but was still peaceful.
