Welcome to Winds III B1, a charming oceanfront condo that combines comfort and convenience in Carolina Beach. This first-floor retreat offers direct beach access and two private decks, ideal for soaking in the ocean views or enjoying a peaceful street view. The living room opens to the oceanfront deck, complete with seating for two, while a second deck, accessed from the master bedroom, overlooks the street. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a flat-top stove, refrigerator with an ice maker, and seating for four, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Guests will appreciate the complimentary Wi-Fi, central heating and air, and a community pool for relaxing in the sun.

Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps four, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Nice property! Well appointed and decorated, comfy beds. Great location right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the center of town and the boardwalk area. Some others mentioned the parking was an issue. I didn't see a big problem. Unit had 1 reserved and covered space right under the condo. The only suggestion I have is to install blinds on the slider so that you have some privacy on the beach facing side.

Condo is lovely. Area is not

There condo was great. Spotless and well equipped. No issues at all with the unit. The building is old and the grounds were dates and not really well kept. Note that this unit is on first floor and view is of the back parking lot and sea grass/dunes. You really cannot see the ocean from balcony.

Fantastic condo!

This is the 2nd year my daughter and I have stayed in this condo for spring break. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our week. Love the location as we are always able to walk everywhere. Will definitely stay again.

Cute place right on the beach

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location can't be beat. You're right on an amazing beach that wasn't crowded at all, even in August. Spacious porch that overlooks the ocean is great for sunrises and sunsets. Super easy access with the key pad. Comfy couch. Nice kitchen. I would recommend bringing your own paper towels + bath towels, as the quality there could be improved.

3 of us girls came to NC from Minnesota and stayed a Saturday to a Thursday here to celebrate a masters graduation, our 4th guest from NC came for one night. This property had amazing access to the beach and was just around a 10minute walk to night life at the boardwalk. We used Uber once to do a dinner that was a little farther away and the pricing was great in case you’re not going somewhere not in walking distance. The inside was clean and as listed. Bring your own blow dryer! They seem to have pretty much everything else. Parking was a little unfortunate. The listing did state one parking pass, then the board upon walking in had conflicting info talking about two parking spots. Our 4th person just came for one night and paid quite a bit of money to park on the street, so transparency about street parking would have been great to have in the listing. There were MANY empty spots in the whole lot (even a second spot dedicated to our unit) but we were unable to get an extra pass for one night, even though it appears the rental company rents out all of those neighboring buildings. We would definitely stay again, as long as we didn’t need more than one parking spot! :) we really did enjoy our time.

Me and my wife stayed here on a last minute 4 day weekend and we are so glad that we chose this property . It is the perfect location to enjoy everything Carolina Beach has to offer while staying right on the beach. The condo was very clean and newly renovated and had a great view of the ocean! We really enjoyed the functionality of how close the condo was to the beach and that it was a short walk to the boardwalk too. The realty company communicated with us via text and email every step of the way. My only complaint is that the parking was a bit tight but we were still able to fit our half ton truck in the spot so most vehicles should be fine getting in and out, just be careful if you drive a bigger truck. All that being said, we will definitely be using this realty company and condo again in the future! Such a great condo for the price!
