Water’s Edge is a newly renovated 3rd-floor condo with stunning ocean views—sunrises, dolphins, pelicans, and Summer fireworks.

From the balcony you'll see sunrises, dolphins swimming, pelicans & during peak season there is a full fireworks display every Thursday night! It's a 5 minute walk to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar and 1.2 miles to either the Carolina Beach boardwalk & the Kure Beach Pier. For a fun day trip, take the ferry to Southport, visit NC Aquarium, or tour the Battleship just off historic downtown Wilmington!

This condo has it all, great views from your private balcony, Ocean just steps away, year-round heated indoor pool and hot tub, and a seasonal outdoor pool.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, direct access to the oceanfront balcony, a flat screen TV, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with hangers.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV, a closet and also direct access to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with two twin size beds. There are additional blankets in the closets and extra towels in the bathrooms.

The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a comfortable couch with a great view of the ocean - now you can enjoy the game AND the view!

And last, but certainly not least, the oceanfront porch is large enough to comfortably accommodate seating for 6. What a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and a Brit's Donut!

There is a lifeguard stand close by that is monitored during the summer peak months. Please pay attention to the flags at these stations and heed the warnings.

Yellow - Exercise Caution - Strong currents, Rough, Choppy Surf
RED - Hazardous Conditions - -Use Extreme Caution -Ocean Swimming only permitted up to waist deep
Black - Lifeguard not on Duty.
